Welcome to Emerald Destination, a beautiful, recently updated two-story beach home in the Crystal Beach area! This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Enjoy the tranquility while spending time outdoors with your family. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the balcony, soaking in the views. The family chef will love preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, you'll find a king guest bedroom just steps from the living room. The king master suite on the second floor offers direct access to a wrap-around balcony and features an ensuite with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Additionally, there's a guest bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, as well as twin bunks in the hallway, perfect for the kids. This luxurious neighborhood is approximately 900 yards from Crystal Beach and includes complimentary seasonal trolley service to and from the Gulf. Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from Destin's beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day) they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon-style zero-entry pool is 30,000 square feet of sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat-screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RVs, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions:

There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and water sports! Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The pictures were accurate. The home was very clean and well furnished. Quiet neighborhood. Plus that the pool was heated for Thanksgiving week. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and very clean. The flickering light in laundry room needs to be replaced it was minor, but my son has epilepsy, so I had to keep him clear of the room. The kitchen could use more dish towels, and it definitely needs potholders, we saw none and made it hard to remove things from oven when cooking but we managed. Other than that it was as described and worth the money, we will stay again definitely for the price we paid! Thank you 😊

Great place! My family and I had a nice time in Destin. The house is very spacious, very cutely decorated and clean. All amenities we needed within reason were provided. The house is situated in an entire neighborhood of rentals but it was very peaceful and relaxing. The pool is fantastic!

Great location; perfect for small families to satisfy all interests. It was great being close to the beach but not located directly in the high traffic areas. So access in and out of the area was a breeze. When we were not at the beach, the lagoon pool was just as nice. The home was just as described and photographed. We’ll be back!

Our family (5 adults and two kids) stayed at Emerald Destination for a one week stay. This is our fifth stay in Destin in Crystal Villages (I think that’s what it’s called) and by far our favorite. The home was clean and comfortable. We did have a little bit of an emergency with a garbage disposal that broke and water was leaking. They sent someone out that night to clean up and then had someone come the next day to replace the disposal. Everyone we dealt with at Real Joy (the property managers) were terrific. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The beds were so comfy. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more.

Beautiful, clean, spacious home in a perfect location. Gated rental community with a nice big pool. We were able to walk to the beach and we did make use of the community shuttle which took us to and from the nearby beach which made it convenient taking the chairs, cart and other beach items that were available. Check in and check out was super easy. The house was adequately stocked with everything we needed including a pack and play, except beach towels, but we didn't expect that and had brought our own anyway. We had an amazing time and looking forward to returning!!

Amazing house and very responsive and flexible team! We appreciate all your help while our house went under very unexpected construction. Beautiful property in Crystal Beach. Very easy, walking access to the beach. Property is in walking distance to a few of our few restaurants, including Craft Bar and Pazzo Italiano.
