This unit offers sleeping accommodations for 8 with a large King size bed in the master, a Queen size bed in the guest room, twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This home features a full-size kitchen, granite countertops, multiple TV 's and impressive views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a delicious meal. The Master bedroom is sure to please with its stunning bay windows which overlooks the water and private bath that has a garden tub with separate shower. After a long day at the beach relax in the living room watching your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Built in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort being walking distance to Pier Park, the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd. to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. You also have 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, full service Starbucks, fitness center, and a 10,000 sq ft convention center.

Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Shipwreck Island is less than 2 miles away and is great fun for the kids! Try Pirate's Plunge, Treetop Drop or the White-knuckle Rapids.

It went above and beyond my needs. I love that this location is more family friendly, so you don't have noise issues in the evenings. The kitchen is equipped nicely, and there was plenty of room when my son's family stopped to visit. The added safety feature in the unit that detects moisture and shuts off the water was interesting and is a great plus. We ran the water for a lengthy period of time doing the dishes and it turned off. I called the company around 7:00pm, they called back within 20 minutes, told me what to do and we had water back within 30 minutes. (There was no water under the sink, everything worked great).

Everything was as pictured. We never had to contact RealJoy for anything. However the unit we stayed in was pictured with reclining sofa BUT it was powered so assuming the owners removed the cords (which i get) we would probably have selected another room had we known as we did take older people with us.

Beautiful breathtaking views. Beautiful clear clean water. Nice attractions nearby. Large clean condo. Hot tubs got a bit crowded with people not following the 15 min rule… a hotel issue. Nothing to do with the condo itself. My fiancée was super impressed and happy with my choice of places. We had a great time.
