Wonderful place for a family vacation!! Plenty of room and I loved having 4 bathrooms. View was beautiful! Furniture was super comfy and clean. Kids pool was a hit with the kiddos!! Would definitely book this condo again!

All was great except getting into the unit was really tricky. Essentially you check in in one building, park then carry all your belongings up to the third floor to go across the bridge and into the other building to find your unit. My in-laws came first and had really difficult time getting settled. Once we’ve settled and figured out the buildings, it was fine.
This resort is in the middle of a very busy and active street. Traffic wasn’t pleasant.
The unit was great - exactly as pictured and described. Only thing was the unit was covered with a thin layer of sand and I noticed because I walked around barefoot but if you wore shoes I doubt it would’ve been noticeable.
All in all, our stay was lovely.

The condo at Emerald Beach Resort was absolutely beautiful. It looked exactly like it did online so there were no surprises. It was super clean and we had everything we needed for the stay. They provide you with enough supplies (dish washer tabs, toilet paper, etc) to last a few days. The host was very responsive and would check in periodically through our stay to let us know they were there in case we needed them for anything.
The only thing you have to worry about is, we did smell people smoking cigarettes and marijuana in one of the rooms near us even though it’s not allowed. One night there were some young girls on the floor below us yelling at people on the beach and that went on for a long time. But the worst part was, we set our stuff up on the beach just like other people and when we came back, someone had tore all our stuff down, bent our poles to our canopy in half, and tried to hide half of our stuff. Luckily we found it but unfortunately it can’t be used with the poles.

The condo was in the perfect location. Despite the listing stating no early check ins, they were able to let us in a couple hours early which was VERY MUCH appreciated after the long drive with kiddos. The resort has so much to offer with the Starbucks, ice cream/snack bar, tiki bar and both pools. We were very pleased! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space with our party of 6 adults and 2 toddlers.
The only negatives were that there was still some sand on the condo floors when we arrived(which sand is very hard to remove completely/ we were at the beach so we didn’t mind much) and that the bathroom wall above the shower had some dark moldy spots. The fridge wasn’t the best at getting drinks cold but none of these were deal breakers for us! Overall the value of the condo was definitely there. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautifully decorated, it was very clean. We had plenty of room for our family. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had one minor issue, the 2nd day the refrigerator stopped working i call first thing in the morning, a maintenance person was sent out he couldn't get to work, so later that day a repair person looked at it he wasnt able to fix it. They finally sent a loaned refrigerator, that was put in the hallway. We understand things stop working but we unfortunately had to throw out $100 worth of frozen food, since it was actually out for almost 2 days. Other than that issue we would definitely recommend this until.

Our family came down for a week. It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. We stayed days on the beach. We rented a double decker pontoon and went to Shell Island one day. We enjoyed our time there and the condo is as described. Was not impressed with the plastic mattress cover and the sheets kept slipping off which made the bed uncomfortable. I fotunately the ice maker was not working and neither was the one in the building. We did report it but maintenance was unable to fix it so they did bring us Ice trays. I was concerned with the bunk beds being in a closet area but luckily we brought a baby bed for the infant so the girls slept in the bed that was in that room not the bunk Beds.
