This well-appointed condo offers sleeping accommodations for 4 with a king-size bed in the master and twin bunk beds in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and plenty of seating around the dining table or at the bar! Whether you are enjoying the Gulf views from your private balcony or splashing around in the Gulf Front pool, there is truly something for everyone! Built in 2007, it doesn’t get much better than Emerald Beach Resort! This modern, luxurious property boasts incredible views and offers a wonderful variety of amenities. Emerald Beach sits on 1000 feet of gulf-front property and is located centrally for easy access to all areas of the beach. On top of this resort is walking distance to Pier Park, and the walkover from the north side of Front Beach Rd to the beach side features the well-known Sky Bar. You also have 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, a tiki bar, full service Starbucks, fitness center, and a 10,000 sqft convention center.

Good time

Loved the resort and amenities. Only suggestions- selfie full length mirror by window per teenagers, master bedroom ceiling fan didn’t work without lights on and closet fans didn’t work, wish we had beach chairs. We loved it though. So clean and easy to get into. (Did have the wrong code but fixed quick)

Loved it!

Great view

Great view! Property was clean, bed comfortable. Could use a few large bowls in the kitchen, a better coffee pot and a wine key but I guess the essentials were there. We don’t cook much on vacation. Several restaurants in walking distance.

Nice and Spacious

Nice one bedroom that could easily accommodate 5 to 6 people. King, sofa sleeper, and 2 bunk beds. Large living and dining room. Checkin was easy, parking for 2 cars. Unit was clean. Dishes, glasses, etc supplied. I would stay again.

Great place for last minute trip

Booked this for a last minute spring break trip with three kids. We stayed in this resort before so snatched up this listing at a great price. You get what you pay for - not a lot of frills in the condo, but the resort is clean and well kept and nothing can beat that beach view! Easy process to get codes for check in. Would stay here again.

Our Emerald Beach Stay

The property and unit was as advertised. The unit was clean with a well equipped kitchen and ample bath towels etc. Acess to the beach is excellent. There's just a short drive to many restaurants and entertainment.

Great experience

Overall this was a perfect check in process. Realjoy kept us up to date on any and everything we could possibly experience while here, such asthe fire alarm testing and so forth.

Great beach condo

Check in was super easy with a code they give you. Checkout was a push of a button on my phone. The condo was great! Very clean when we got there. The only thing I would recommend is a dehumidifier in the living room because everything was very damp which is somewhat expected when you are on the beach. Kids loved the bunk beds and our king size bed was so comfortable and so big! Washer and dryer worked well and kitchen appliances was really good too. We went in July so it was pretty crowded on the beach and very busy on the Main Street beside the condo so it was kinda loud at night but was were so tired from our day it didn’t bother us too bad. I recommend going to Saint Andrew’s state park and Shell Island.

Great place for last minute trip

Spring Break

Condo was great, exactly like the pic’s! Easy access to the beach. Elevators were very quick! Parking was easy! The only thing the unit needs is more blankets! The master bed had a flat sheet on it, no comforter or thicker blanket! The were no blankets for the couch that made out as a bed also! Our stay was great and I’d stay there again for sure!

Our stay here was really good. The place was clean, the location was good, and check in was easy. Only negative was only having three patio chairs on a very big balcony where more people might like to sit out and see the ocean, otherwise it was a great place to stay and would recommend.
