This corner resort condo boasts a large, covered balcony showcasing unobstructed Northwestern views of the Choctawhatchee Bay, natural wetlands, and the 17th fairway of Burnt Pine Golf Course. An easy walk to the Village at Baytowne Wharf in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, this elegant 2 bedroom, 2-bath unit features modern furnishings with pure, clean lines and plenty of windows to let in abundant natural light and gorgeous views. There is a king in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa on each side of the living area allowing this space to sleep 8 guests comfortably. Guests will love the open kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in bar, plus the convenience of a washer/dryer! Elation is a luxury condo complex located next to The Grand Sandestin in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. From the soothing fountain in the lobby to the very large lawn for the kids to explore, this is the place where you can unwind and experience true happiness! Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort's 2400 acres boast 72 holes of golf, a gorgeous pool with two hot tubs, 14 tennis courts, a full-service spa and fitness center, zip-lining, a 98-slip marina with jet ski and kayak rentals. If that wasn't enough, Sandestin's fabulous sugar-white beaches are only a short car ride away. Nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, tree houses, an arcade, a playground, and Baytowne Wharf's very own Jolee Island offer something for kids of all ages. Boat parking can be arranged with Baytowne Wharf for an additional charge.

Find an amazing array of things to do at Baytowne Wharf. There is plenty to keep the kids happy – burn off some energy at the Adventure Land Playground and test your courage at the Gulf Coast’s only zipline or ropes course at Baytowne Adventure Zone. Go back in time at the Carousel, or head to the future at the Blast Arcade and Laser Maze or the Boondocks Arcade.
Want to get your shop on?? You’ll find a varied selection of shops right here in the Village, from a surf shop to funky clothing, shoes, and accessories, and everything in between, a wine shop, a toy store, a general store, and even an old-fashioned candy shop.
There's the annual Duck Regatta in October, with plenty of fun for the kids, like face painting and a scavenger hunt, or the October Beerfest, with over 200 brews to sample and live music. During the holidays, there's a wine and food event, with samples from restaurants in the Village and tree lighting, as well as a Santa Claus weekend with free events including a holiday movie.
Summers are filled with special events, everything from Wednesday night concerts to fireworks over the bay.

About time
when you decide to get away places like this make it easy. park your car and you don't even have to leave the resort. it's all here to enjoy. there is something going on nearly everyday. The place has something that you don't feel rushed about things. stay inside and watch tv, or go outside and try something new, see a show, eat, take a swim in one of the many pools, or hit the beach. the choice is yours!- Posted: 1/10/2025

The condo is large, overlooking the trees and part of the bay, and short walking distance to restaurants, pool, and other family-friendly activities. Parking can be tough to find on holiday weekends, but the condo is worth the hunt. Definitely recommend booking!- Posted: 5/27/2024
