You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort has its very own golf cart shuttles that are provided to take you where you would like around the resort. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs, and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free-form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content! Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day.

You'll also find restaurants galore available like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf-front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance.

The Bed Setup:

Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds

**Parking: Guests must register for parking passes at least 24 hours before the arrival date. The registration fee is $50, and this cost includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30, and a third parking pass is available for another additional $50. **

*All guests MUST be checked in and wearing wristbands to utilize the fitness center. Tennis/Pickleball rackets are available for guests to rent at the clubhouse.*
Area Attractions:

If you're the active type, you won't know where to begin! Edgewater has ten lighted, Plexi cushion tennis courts, shuffleboard, a nine-hole Executive golf course on site and can provide access to Hombre Golf Club's 27-hole premier course. The summer months bring a calendar of activities for all ages, including beach volleyball, poolside bingo and activities for the kids.

If you're looking for more adventure, the following water sports and activities can be arranged: Dolphin encounters, Banana Boat rides, Sailboat Rides/Rentals, Jet Ski Rentals, Boogie Board Rentals, Kayak Rentals, Eco-Tours and Surf Lessons.

Edgewater Resorts offers a seasonal Adventure Zone, available 5/22-8/11. Includes Adventure Zone Splash Pad, Adventure Zone, Dive in Movie, Kids Activities, Adult Fitness and Offsite Activities.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fill the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater.

Frank Brown Recreational Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach and offers a variety of activities including sports fields, an aquatic center, trails, a youth fishing pond, dog play area, and Festival Site. The Aquatic Center includes an outdoor Olympic size pool and a Kids Splash Pool. The nearby Aaron Bessant Park hosts a Summer Concert Series!

The place was accurately described and overall well cared for. We did find multiple dirty dishes and a few other minor issues with housekeeping. It didn’t necessarily impact our stay, but was disappointing considering the price. Host was very responsive; we ran the dishwasher and moved on. Parking lot is very tight - an assigned parking spot really does make a huge difference and wish this property offered that. We would likely stay here again.

We found this property to be very clean, tidy, spacious & functional. Can’t beat the location, all the pools & super quick walk to the beach. Should note parking isn’t free & must be paid for prior to arrival in order to get parking passes at gate. The RealJoy costumer service rep was a bit rude on the phone when I called to figure out paying for parking. Only other negative is the door lock code can be a little squirrely when entering the code. Otherwise, would stay again!

Our stay was amazing. We were able to walk to the restaurant on site that was really good . The pool was beautiful and huge . The condo was clean and comfortable. It was for our 20 th wedding anniversary so upon arrival in our condo we were greeted with a lovely bouquet of roses and some dark chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate candy and two beautiful cards , we were really surprised and very touched and thankful. Everything was easy to get too . The nice part is if you wanted to go eat something you never had to leave the resort you could just walk to the restaurant with super nice and accommodative staff . Would highly recommend Will be back .

We had a wonderful stay! The beachfront view was absolutely gorgeous , just note the balcony is right above the pool, so you’ll hear some poolside activity during the day. The unit was spotless, and check-in was super easy. It was a nice bonus having beach chairs available for us to use, and we didn’t have any issues with parking. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a great spot to spend some time in Panama City Beach. The room on the first floor was very convenient for access to the pool, hot tub, beach, and parking lot. Great view of the ocean and sunrise/sunsets. One small pool was just below the room so there was some activity and kids playing there at times. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, newer furniture, and the beds were comfortable. Also two nice large screen TVs. There was gated access and on site staff monitoring the grounds.
There was a fitness center on the property that was easily accessible along with tennis courts and a nine hole par 3 course. Overall a great spot and would definitely come back.

When we arrived we didn’t realize the code given wasn’t for the door. We called and someone immediately answered the phone and we were given the code. That was the only hiccup the entire trip. The condo was extremely clean and we loved the layout along with the decor. The view was amazing and peaceful. The complex grounds were clean and well kept. RealJoy kept in contact with us to make sure our stay was going well which was nice. We will definitely stay again.
