You won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort is so extensive that you won't ever have to leave once you arrive and golf cart shuttles are provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs and a fabulous 11,500 s.f. Polynesian-style, free form lagoon pool with waterfalls and fiber optic lighting, you can lounge to your heart's content! Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. I would book with RealJoy again. They did real good with keeping in touch. The place was really nice and clean. Would be nice if the pillows was more comfortable. The other people that stayed at Edgewater was real friendly if we asked them any questions about the place. We would definitely stay there again and book with the company.

Everything you need and more!

This owner had everything you could need! Rainy day and need an indoor activity for the kids? No problem there are plenty of games, books, puzzles to pick from! A little hot from being sun burnt at the beach? No problem there are several fans to pick from. Hosting a little get together with some friends or family after a long day at the beach? No problem with this FULLY Stocked kitchen! I was beyond impressed! If we find our way to Panama City Beach again I will for sure be booking this condo again!

Great Family Condo

First we liked the condo bc it was up to date, decor was out style, kitchen really nice, patio furniture nice with 4 tall chairs, 2 girls 7 and 10yrs had their own bedroom or choice of sleeping on the bunk beds and even watched a movie on the pullout bed. Washer and Dryer up to date as well as bathrooms. Mattresses were great. 2 fans in the closet with hangers and extra linens, hamper, iron. I would def recommend to others.

Beautiful

The condo was well stocked and beautifully decorated! Perfect size for my family as the bunk beds were a great hit! They had sand toys and beach chairs available for guests and a nice surprise were boogie boards. Saving us tons of money on not having to purchase. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo

Nice clean condo and would definitely stay here again! The property is secure and the views are amazing! The beach was pristine and the water was crystal clear!! I will say that there was no welcome back packet at the security gate or left in the condo which would have included our parking passes. Once I called the management company to let them know this they came right out to bring them to us.

Breathtaking views

Couldn’t ask for a better view overloooking the ocean. Decorated nicely and provide all the dishes etc. You will need to make a store run for paper towels, spices etc but overall well stocked.

Spectacular views

You will not find better gulf views than at this condo! Or better customer service. We had some issues while there but they were quick to try to correct everything and even brought us a little basket of goodies to thank us for our understanding. Stop searching and book today. PS: when you go looking for the dining room light, it is a mirrored switch plate ON the mirrored wall down to the left! It took us two days to find it, ha ha!

It was great. The only issue we had was we didn’t get enough tissues in the master bathroom and we had to go and buy tissue. Wi-Fi had to restarted few times. Other than that all was good. Perfect for those that are afraid of heights.

One of the most memorable trips I've ever taken!

We had an amazing time staying in Panama City Beach in this absolutely gorgeous condo! The view was breathtaking, day and night! The gulf water was a different almost every day; we got calm, clear, turquoise waters to some very fun surf for the kids to ride the boogie boards. The owners of the condo were the most kind and hospitable people and they were there for us all the time, even calling to check if everything was okay! A very clean condo, and beautifully decorated! The beds were very comfortable. There is lots to do in the area; one of our favorites was the trip to Shell Island, which was recommended by the owners. Also Fabolous, the owners recommended Fire Fly, a restaurant very close to the condo! My kids loved every second of the trip, and they were little fish all week! We felt very at home!

Love Edgewater!

This was our first time staying at Edgewater Resort. It did not disappoint. Lovely layout of the buildings and pools. Oceans restaurant had amazing food and drinks! The condo was well equipped in the kitchen, both a coffee maker and a Keurig. Plenty of room to spread out and the view was absolutely gorgeous. We are already planning our trip back. I will say, the washer and dryer pictured have been replaced, the dryer takes two cycles to dry clothes and more to dry towels. The water pressure seemed to change when someone was showering as well. Obviously not a dealbreaker for us, just knew what to expect after the first time it happened! We cannot wait to return to this unit next year!

Very clean property. Beach was clean and not as busy as I was expecting. Kitchen very well equipped (thank you!!). Beach chairs were found as well which was a great bonus. Pools clean, a little crowded but I think that was due to the weather. Would stay again

Loved the amenities!

Our family of four stayed and loved this unit! The two girls adored the hallway bunk beds, so much so, that the second bed was never used! The views from the 6th floor were amazing on both sides! We rented a cabana by the amazing pool one day and it was so nice to just hang out and relax with the family and let somebody wait on us! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect for my family!

Terrific spot!

The condo was perfect for us! It was close to the beach and the pool. We had no problems at all during our stay. I have read some reviews about the cleanliness of the floors but it is absolutely impossible to get all of the sand off the floor. I vacuumed twice a day everyday we were there and I know we still left tons of sand behind. Loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

This was our second time renting this particular condo… it’s absolutely beautiful! The view is nothing short of spectacular, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve ever had at a rental. Plenty of room for several adults and a few teenage boys. We loved our stay and hope to be back again next year!

Edge Water Condo

The property listed was exactly as pictures shown, just loved the beach theme throughout the condo.Our family really enjoyed the location and the view. Friendly staff at the resort and easy to get transportation to Pier Park. The only thing I would recommend is checking the washer and dryer, it seemed to take all day to do a load of laundry. Definitely would stay again!!!

Great Stay!

This vacation was originally scheduled for April but we pushed it to the fall hoping to dodge COVID. We decided to travel regardless and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was great and so was the location. We couldn’t have asked for better weather. RealJoy was great at helping us adjust our travel dates. Would definitely do this again.
