Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis, however a monthly rate is also available for October at Edgewater Golf Villa 1409! To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**Parking: Guests must register for parking passes at least 24-hrs before arrival date. The registration fee is $50, and this cost includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30, and a third parking pass is available for another additional $50.**

*All guests MUST be checked in and wearing wristbands to utilize the fitness center. Tennis/Pickleball rackets are available for guests to rent at the clubhouse.*

This 2BR/2BA villa offers a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with pond views from the 2nd floor of a 2-story complex. With a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and twin-over-full bunk in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Edgewater Golf Villa 1409 is set up for a romantic getaway or a fun vacation for a small family. You'll also be just steps from one of the onsite community pools! Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include: a half mile of private beach, Polynesian-style lagoon pool, eleven total pools, six reflecting ponds, Plexicushion tennis courts, four hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site restaurants, a 9-hole executive golf course, and endless Florida sunsets. As this resort is extensive, there are golf cart shuttles to take you wherever you'd like to go. You'll find restaurants galore, like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance. Featuring the 13,365-square-foot Grand Palm Ballroom, the newly renovated state-of-the-art conference center at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort has 32,700 sqft of flexible meeting space for groups of 10 to 2,000. Parking, privacy, pool was close! Maybe the rugs needed cleaned because when the kids went to bed after their bath, their feet as well as ours were black! I also found a vape under the bed from a previous guest 🤦‍♀️

Will definitely take my family back if available next year. My kids loved going out on balcony and seeing turtles come up to sand/grass, they loved the splash pad also. Overall our favorite stay in PCB so far.

This is our second time staying at Edgewater and we will be back! My teens and 8 year old all love the variety of the pools and resort like experience while still being in a private villa where you can cook your own meals. The tram to take you to the pool and beach is an extra bonus! The condo was what was expected from the listing and communication with RealJoy was great.

Very clean!!!!

I loved it. The unit was spotless when we arrived. The support slats on on the bunkbed fell, but that was a two minute fix and we did it ourselves. The bed was still comfortable. We had a great trip and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful, clean space. Great access to pools and beach

Beautiful beach themed place. Great access to beach and pools. Great location to shopping. Overlook small pond with lots of turtles and huge fish you can see from the balcony. The tram that takes you to the main condos/beach/bigger pools was located right in front of the condo, just steps away, they make there rounds every 15 minutes or so, make sure you tip your driver- Tim was great! This was perfect. You could also walk, not far from the beach either. There is also a small pool just outside the condo we uses quite a bit too.You will be provided bracelets to keep on yourself while using the amenities on the property. Do not lose them, $100 to replace one.. New washer dryer, plenty of appliances, kitchenware to use. The only negatives was that it states sleeps 9 and it does but the pull out couch bed is paper thin. We went to Walmart and picked up an air mattress. Parking is only for 2 cars and you will get only two parking passes, well we had a third car but they give you other parking options, you pay for it but there is one that is like a block from the condo next to Burger King and the condos. So that wasn’t an issue really. We reserved a spot for a week and I think it was $42. Security is great as well, if you don’t have a pass they don’t let you in. Overall would recommend 10/10!

I’m not the person to “awe” over a place to stay, cause I know I’m only sleeping there and not spending most of my time in the room but this little room was so cute!! Easy slept all of our ten people and had lots of space for food and fun!! Oh an the master shower is amazing!! Loved how it was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach as well! Definitely would go here again!!

Couldn't have been better!

Pictures were just as promised. Checking in and out was a breeze. I had one little problem on day 2, and it was addressed immediately beyond my expectations. The pool is steps out the door, they thought of lots of extras like beach chairs and a wagon to lug your things to the beach. They were even so thoughtful to leave a bottle of bubbly for our New Year's Eve! Kids loved it, I loved it, we will definitely be back.
