Welcome to Edgewater Golf Villa 1304 – Sun & Water, a cozy and budget-friendly retreat located in one of the area’s most sought-after resorts. This charming ground-floor one-bedroom, two-bath villa comfortably sleeps up to four guests and offers peaceful pond and golf course views right from your private patio—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the ducks. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with dining for four and additional bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The bedroom features two queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the inviting living room includes a flat-screen TV for added comfort and space. An in-unit washer and dryer provide extra convenience for longer stays. When you’re ready to explore, take advantage of the resort’s top-notch amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, beach access, community pools, and a convenient tram service to get you around with ease. Whether you're relaxing by the water or enjoying all the resort has to offer, Sun & Water is the perfect place for a memorable beach getaway.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort amenities include: a half mile of private beach, Polynesian-style lagoon pool, eleven total pools, six reflecting ponds, Plex cushion tennis courts, four hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site restaurants, a 9-hole executive golf course, and endless Florida sunsets. As this resort is extensive, there are golf cart shuttles to take you wherever you'd like to go. You'll find restaurants galore, like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance. Featuring the 13,365-square-foot Grand Palm Ballroom, the newly renovated state-of-the-art conference center at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort has 32,700 sqft of flexible meeting space for groups of 10 to 2,000. Beautiful adornments, flexible room sizes, and a wide array of seating options make any event enjoyable and personal.

**Parking: Guests must register for parking passes at least 24 hours before arrival date. The registration fee is $50, and this cost includes one vehicle parking pass. A second parking pass is available for an additional $30, and a third parking pass is available for an additional $50. **

*All guests MUST be checked in and wearing wristbands to utilize the fitness center. Tennis/Pickleball rackets are available for guests to rent at the clubhouse. *

This condo was excellent!

My family of six stayed for a week, the resort offered something for all of us. My kids ages(16,6,5,4) all loved the pools and the shuttle service is a lifesaver after a long day on the beach! We will definitely be back.

Clean, cozy, and easy beach resort access! However, be advised there are limited wrist bands and they are expected back at the end of your stay or you will be charged $50-$125! I was not notified of this until the middle of my stay.

Everything was absolutely great. Property is amazing and very well kept.Condo had everything we needed for a 7 day stay. If I could change one thing thing that would be adding a grill if that was possibility. We couldn't find any on the property. Everything else was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation 2022

I visited this location June 9-12 and everything was great. The rooms were clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There was a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook dinner. It was walking distance from the beach. Such a great location! Definitely will be using this property for our next trip back to PCB!
