Each bedroom boasts a comfortable bed, with a king bed in the master suite that includes an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and double vanities. The living room is the perfect place to relax and entertain, with plenty of seating, a wet bar, and a brand new Smart TV. In fact, there are new Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room! Enjoy meals in the upscale kitchen/dining area with stainless steel appliances and ample seating. Step outside into the enclosed sunroom with a patio and grill, or take a dip in your own private pool (heated for an additional fee). The private driveway and garage make parking easy, and you can walk or take the LSV to the beach. With a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. Gated, upscale Destiny East is a luxurious neighborhood with lush landscaping and an array of amenities. Club Destiny is where you'll find the huge seasonally heated community pool with waterfall. There is also another pool on Scenic 98 on Four Prong Lake to stop by on the way to the beach. You can also enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball on the two tennis courts, soak in the hot tub, let the kids burn some energy on the playground, duke it out on the basketball court or relax for a show in the clubhouse theater. You can't beat this central Destin location! Walk to Tuscany Italian Bistro or head towards the beach for great seafood at the Crab Trap or Captain Dave's on the Gulf.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of water-sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking or biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson Beach State Park is just down the road as well.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Over all we were very pleased with our stay. The home was VERY spacious, great location, and accommodated all our needs well. Our kids enjoyed countless hours in the pool and we had plenty of space to sit and eat meals. Anytime we had a question and reached out to RealJoy they answered promptly. This is our second time renting from RealJoy and we will always check there first when we are looking for somewhere to stay in the area as Destin is our favorite!! There were only two hiccups. I feel like the golf cart rental details and additional fees could explained better we thought it was included and it was not, it was an additional $75/night. It was listed as an accommodation then separately in the listing it said it was an additional fee. This may be common with rentals with golf carts, we have not rented a home with one before we usually stay in condos but wanted more space and to avoid long waits at elevators this go around. When I went back and looked I did find it so it was also an oversight on my end. Secondly, the A/C didn’t keep up well in the Master Bedroom so it was slightly warmer, we didn’t feel like this was an easy fix as the home was pretty large so we didn’t bother RealJoy with it during our stay and wanted to offer that feed back. The home was close to the public beach entrance with the golf cart not something I would recommend walking with children, but with the golf cart rental or driving over if you don’t mind sand in your car it’s really close. The beach wasn’t over crowded when we went and gorgeous as always in Destin. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! Thank you RealJoy!

We had a great week at this home on spring break. Really liked having the heated pool and use of the golf cart. Definitely worth the extra fee for these items. The house had everything we needed.
