There were some issues with the building during our stay. RealJoy made sure we had everything we needed especially when the heat was not working. They brought extra blankets, flashlights. Etc My husband also had a unplanned surgery while we were there and when RealJoy found out, more than once they asked if they could do anything to help. They treated us like family.

The property has great views and is very clean. Has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. It’s right on the harbor so there is always something to do. Just a short walk over to the beach. There is nothing to dislike about this property. Everything was great.

THE VIEW. Wow. End unit on the last building on East Pass, no obstructions. Just fabulous! Floor to ceiling windows make for a gorgeous view. Condo has open floor plan for living area. Nice decor. couches are a bit worn and also could use loveseat facing TV. Carpet in master bedroom in need of either shampoo or replacement. Beds were all comfortable, very important feature.. As mentioned in other reviews, the cook top is confusing but helpful directions have now been posted. Glass on balcony table was missing in center making table less useful. The balcony view of the bridge and Crab Island is just breathing. Clearer directions on how to enter are needed. Condo is in Tower 1 (the one to the right when you pull in.) A code for elevator is needed. (not mentioned in arrival instructions) it’s same code as front gate. Separate code is needed for condo door.
Many different codes needed for property. Management needs to provide correct pool code and separate code for gate to walk to beach

This condo was just as described - spacious and airy. The cooktop was a bit complicated and we never got it to work, but we weren't there to cook. ;)
The one thing we did not like was NOT in the owner's control - the noise.
Across the bay the music blared until 3am which made sleeping with the doors open to hear the waves lapping on the shore impossible. Our last morning construction started at 6:30a with someone using a cement saw. Also surrounding the condo right now there is a lot of construction, again, not in the owner's control, but something to be aware of. In the summer months, when you'd have all the windows and doors closed, you probably won't hear it because of the double glazing on the glass.

We had a wonderful time staying at this facility and will come back. The only negative would be no beach chairs or beach towels but it wasn’t a big deal. RealJoy is a good management company. Quick to respond to questions and will help with anything they can. Unit 605 is beautiful with great views of the ocean and bay. Each bedroom had access to the patios. Master suite is newly remodeled and gorgeous. Kitchen is nice with all modern appliances. Full laundry room. Only negative is there isn’t water access without going over a concrete wall and going into a public swim area.

Good Evening, Thank you, Thank you! My family and I truly enjoyed your beautiful property. RealJoy was an excellent host. We had one small problem with the guest bathtub draining properly. Made a quick call, maintenance arrived promptly to resolve the issue. Hour before checking in at 4pm we received our welcome email, which included instructions regarding accessing, and entry into the property. Upon arrival the elevator code was a little trick "read your instructions carefully" (user error). This property is simply beautiful, and a true ocean-front, from living room to bedroom each room has balcony access. My family and I really felt at home, the kitchen is a state of the art kitchen with all the smart appliances. I love the master-suite is located on one side of the house, and the guestrooms and second master-suite is on the other side of the house.(all oceanview scenery)... My husband and I truly enjoyed evening on the balcony with a glass of wine over looking the ocean. There's a washing dryer in the property. The shopping center Winn Dixie is 5 min away. Walmart 10 min away. Your step away from the private beach which was great for social distancing...... If you want to go over to the Boardwalk, we used the watertaxi for $5.oo per person, just get the number and call the service, our
" millennial's called it "water UBER" #haha... Parking over at board walk was crazy...... Security on the property is very present. We felt very safe to allow our millennial to walk back and forth to the beach by themselves.
It's just perfect for families to enjoy. The property is so clean and classy. Our family tried to clean and leave the property the exact way it was presented to us upon arrival. Thank you we enjoyed every minute...
