Escape to East Pass 601 situated on beautiful Holiday Isle between Destin Harbor and East Pass. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo features a spacious king master suite with double vanity and jetted tub with cable tv, two guest rooms each featuring a king bed with updated TV streaming services that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Watch boats passing by through the floor-to-ceiling windows while relaxing in the living room, stretch out on the extended balcony with unbelievable views of the Gulf, Harbor, and East Pass, or watch the sunset on the waterfront pool deck. This condo has plenty of room to host your family and friends over for a fun day on the water. Don’t miss the gorgeous views and incredible amenities at East Pass 601.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

***The Norriego Point beach access is closed (access to the tide pools and beach) and will remain closed until further notice. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away. East Pass is also reconstructing the sea wall that runs along the property. Guests will still have access to the beach of East Pass but will not be able to approach the water while work is being done.***

East Pass Towers features a waterfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The created beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. The public beach access at O'Steen Beach allows access to the gulf waters and is a 5 minute walk away. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

Area Attractions:
East Pass is situated in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle's furthest point overlooking the famous Destin Bridge, East Pass, Destin Harbor, the jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

We loved our stay in Destin! The location was a bit far away from the town and restaurants but if you rent a golf cart you can drive it everywhere which makes it so fun!
Loved the pool and that we could go out in the sand to see the bay!

Large, clean, beautiful condo!!! ❤️

The first review left us feeling uneasy but this place is incredible. Clean, zero bugs, extremely roomy and the balcony is the largest I’ve seen at the beach. The outdoor furniture is plenty comfortable. My only negative comment would be the blinds in the master. There wasn’t mold on them but they need to be replaced. (No big deal) I would stay again without hesitation!!!

This place was So peaceful and convenient. Not far from all of the stores and restaurants. Now you will need transportation to get around. Kitchen was really equipped with items that I needed.You will have to shop for coffee or pods if you drink coffee. Not a problem for us. All In All we will be back Soon!

Great large condo we loved having 3 bathrooms and the layout is very spacious,the patio is large also there's 5 sliding glass doors. The view is great lots of birds and boats that start at daylight very entertaining also there are fireworks every Saturday night in the month of October that we watched from the patio that was a bonus 😀 Nice kitchen and beds slept well. We did have a few things that we came across that we informed the owners company about, overall we had a great vacation there and we would stay there again .

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. So much more wild life in this area and the unit binoculars were a great asset. We enjoyed watching the boats coming and going and all the birds…eagle, hawk, etc
Master bedroom had a musky odor but the rest of the place was nice.

The home is well laid out. There are many sitting areas which was nice to be near everyone in the family but not overwhelmed. Everything was tidy and just as the pictures show.
