Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Property was wonderful, accurately reflected in photos but actually seeing it was amazing. Location is private yet you have wonderful views into the gulf and East Pass and also toward Destin's Harbor Walk area.We had several minor questions/problems which were handled very well by the property management reps.

Beautiful condo. It lists as beachfront and it is, but you can’t go to the beach there. It’s a fishing beach. Also, lots of construction around the condo. Many codes to learn to get around and an elevator was non functioning. The condo was beautiful with everything needed. Curtains and sheets were a bit old and worn but the place was lovely.

This condo has the most beautiful and updated furniture & decor, and it is so comfy. The view is perfect. The harbor and gulf all on one. The master bathroom is also a huge hit. That mirror 😍 the only downside was the elevators being out for a couple hours one day during our trip and we had to take the stairs but great vacation overall!

Great place to stay! Location is phenomenal. Close to all the local bars and restaurants. My only complaint is that the cleanliness was a bit sub par. Dirty rugs and super sticky floors. Other than that I would definitely stay there again!

Great property! close to attractions and night life. Beautiful sunset view. Decorated very nice. Loved the ice maker! The floors were so dirty! Our feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors. Unit was otherwise clean.
