East Pass 407 is a fully updated 2BR/2BA condo situated on beautiful Holiday Isle, between the Destin Harbor and East Pass! The kitchen is simply stunning, featuring granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, a breakfast bar, a dining area + extra breakfast nook and gorgeous tile throughout. Watch the boats passing by through the floor to ceiling windows or chill in the beautifully decorated living room with a 70” Smart TV! The first luxurious King master bedroom has private balcony access, 65” smart TV, and a bath with double sinks and a beautifully tiled walk in shower and separate jetted tub. The 2nd King master also has balcony access and a 55” smart TV. Relax on the extended balcony with gorgeous views of the Destin Harbor or watch the sunset on the beachfront pool deck! The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

East Pass is situated in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle's furthest point overlooking the famous Destin Bridge, East Pass, Destin Harbor, the jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Beautiful, amazing place in great location

Property was wonderful, accurately reflected in photos but actually seeing it was amazing. Location is private yet you have wonderful views into the gulf and East Pass and also toward Destin's Harbor Walk area.We had several minor questions/problems which were handled very well by the property management reps.

Beautiful condo. It lists as beachfront and it is, but you can’t go to the beach there. It’s a fishing beach. Also, lots of construction around the condo. Many codes to learn to get around and an elevator was non functioning. The condo was beautiful with everything needed. Curtains and sheets were a bit old and worn but the place was lovely.

Beautiful condo & view

This condo has the most beautiful and updated furniture & decor, and it is so comfy. The view is perfect. The harbor and gulf all on one. The master bathroom is also a huge hit. That mirror ? the only downside was the elevators being out for a couple hours one day during our trip and we had to take the stairs but great vacation overall!

Great place to stay! Location is phenomenal. Close to all the local bars and restaurants. My only complaint is that the cleanliness was a bit sub par. Dirty rugs and super sticky floors. Other than that I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

Pictures don't do this unit any justice, it was gorgeous! There was nothing like waking up in the morning and looking out to the ocean view from your balcony. The unit was very clean and we had no problems at all during our stay. There were multiple codes for doors and elevators, so it was very great security at this unit. I do wish that this property were pet friendly, as we did miss our little Yorkie during our stay very much. This unit was across from marina from where most of the restaurants and boardwalk were, so every night we could see the lights and hear the music from there. (We were not kept up by the music, you could hear it from the balcony but not inside the unit.) I highly recommend this unit!!

The views from this condo are spectacular… Don’t miss every evening as the sun goes down and the lights come up on the canal. It was truly breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable and the condo is very clean. Communication from the property management company was outstanding. We enjoyed every minute although it was very stressful to have to have a code to get into every door and every gate. You could not leave the property without having paper on you with all of the codes because your phone might go dead. The three pools further north of the condo were very nice for swimming. Overall, we very much enjoyed staying here.

We loved our stay here for a long weekend girls trip! Off the beaten path but still so convenient to everything! You can take the water taxi from the condo across the harbor to all the restaurants and bars on the Harbor Walk. Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit & stay in Destin ??

Amazing Location!

If you want beach access, beautiful sunsets and a stunning view! This is the condo for you. Wonderful property on holiday isles with a a lot to do. Big balconies overlooking the bay and beach. Big oversized coaches for lying around. Updated condo with comfortable beds. Plenty of parking and gated for privacy! We will be back soon!

Great Place, Great Location

I love staying here, it was spacious and private. The location was beautiful. We could wake up in the morning and watch dolphins play in the bay and at night we sat on the big deck to watch the lights and listen to music from the harbor walk.

Cute condo with a beautiful view. Everything was clean and well put together. Location is convenient to the boardwalk and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was cold so we weren't able to enjoy the beach. But we went to Floyd's , Margaritaville and ordered pizza from Landsky's which was delicious. We would definitely rent this condo again. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Tranquility

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 407. We were looking for a last minute, comfortable and relaxing getaway and it was just that! The view is absolutely gorgeous! The furniture, inside and out, was very comfortable and the beds were amazing! Management was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The only thing I would improve on is having one code for everything instead of individual codes. Other than that it was perfect!!

Great property! close to attractions and night life. Beautiful sunset view. Decorated very nice. Loved the ice maker! The floors were so dirty! Our feet were black on the bottom from walking on the floors. Unit was otherwise clean.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was better than the pictures! Beautiful view of the Harbor and East Pass. The property management is very quick to respond and answer all questions. This condo was very spacious. Inside, we enjoyed the enjoyed the comfortable beds, large televisions, and nice living room area. Outside we loved the pool and hot tub area as well as watching boats on the balcony. You can hear music from the restaurants and bars when you are outside but we didn’t hear a thing from inside the condo. Thanks for a great trip!

The unit was exactly as the photos look. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work but we just used the stand alone ice maker and all was good. We never talked to the property manager.

Nice home, free nightly entertainment whether you want it or not.

Clean, spacious home with large patio to enjoy. Just be prepared for the sounds of live band performances until bars close at 4:00 am. Each night we could hear every beat throughout the entire home.

The place was great and the location was great. Just wish we had picked a better/warmer time of year. Room very neat and clean and we did appreciate the gift basket. My advice, is to make sure you read all the info they send to you about the entering the building, I did not and was a little confused. It is gated, so you you have a gate code, elevator code and room code. Plus a code to enter the pool area. We used Lyft more than Uber to get around. Lyft was more reliable.

Excellent!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at East Pass 407/Holiday Isle. The condo is absolutely gorgeous! The only complaint my husband and I had was the mattress in the king suite was a bit lumpy. The views were amazing. Loved having the night life and live music on one side and the calmer beach side on the other...best of both worlds! We hope to return soon!

5th trip to Destin and by far the best place we have stayed in. Great view of Harbor Walk, Thursday night fireworks can be watched from the balcony and the condo was very nice. We have already booked another stay there!
