Welcome to East Pass 403, a 2BR/2BA condo situated on the beautiful Holiday Isle, between the Destin Harbor and East Pass! The kitchen is simply stunning, featuring granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. Watch the boats passing by through the floor-to-ceiling windows or chill on your balcony with a drink of your choice. The luxurious king master bedroom has private balcony access, a bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate jetted tub. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and has balcony access. Relax on the extended balcony with gorgeous views of the Destin Harbor or watch the sunset on the beachfront pool deck! Come start making memories at East Pass 403.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

***The Norriego Point beach access is closed (access to the tide pools and beach) and will remain closed until further notice. O'Steen Public Beach Access is the closest available beach for the public and vacationers at the end of Holiday Isle and is only a 5 minute walk away. East Pass is also reconstructing the sea wall that runs along the property. Guests will still have access to the beach of East Pass but will not be able to approach the water while work is being done.***

East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

East Pass is situated in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle's furthest point overlooking the famous Destin Bridge, East Pass, Destin Harbor, the jetties, and the Gulf of Mexico, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

What a view! The condo was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We sat out on the balcony every evening to watch the sunset and boats in the harbor. The condo was a short drive to everything we wanted to be near, but at the end of Holiday Isle which felt private. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at this well appointed condo. Spectacular views of the marina from this unit. Minimal ocean views, but there is a sliver of a view.Beach currently prevents water access…not ideal but doable!!!
