We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend with five girlies, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The AC worked great, the views were amazing, and the master bathroom and shower were SO good—the bride-to-be and I definitely enjoyed several baths and showers! 😂 I would recommend this place to anyone and would happily come back every year!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. There was an issue with a leak on the floor below us so maintenance was in and out. There was an issue with the door lock but they immediately responded. It was beautiful and great pool/hot tub/views! It was a little walk to the beach out and around the fence/parking lot but the snorkeling was amazing! Would definitely stay again

This was a beautiful location and views was amazing. Didn’t have any problems except the air stopped working on and off after the 3rd day but we called and they were there to fix it within the hour. I would stay here again

Great location. Well furnished and stocked with utensils, etc. Beds were comfortable. The Noriego Pt beach adjacent to the condo was great even with the construction. We liked that much better as the kids were able to snorkel in the lagoons.

We had such an amazing time! The view was incredible and breathtaking! Everything was close to us , The only downside was the construction noise. Also every time we were at pool the workers were working at next door had a view of our pool which it was a bit uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay and having such responsive hosts was the cherry on top. Any time I had a question, I got a response in just a few minutes. The only thing that wasn’t the best (no fault of theirs) is the parking lot is hard to get in to if you drive a big truck. The place is beautiful and the views are even better!

The location and views overlooking the water are spectacular. The layout of the condo with a central living area and separate bedroom wings is great for couples traveling together. Appliances and furnishings are top notch, and the kitchen is very well stocked. Restaurants and shopping are within easy driving distance. We weren't informed that the pool was undergoing repairs prior to our arrival. It was half-filled with water and had some debris and a floating cushion, not a pleasant sight. The secondary bathrooms are functional but need updating.

We did experience some significant issues during our stay However it had absolutely nothing to do with the fault of East Pass and Logan and Christopher went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely wonderful. Nice, spacious condo! We loved that every bedroom had a balcony with a great view of the ocean. There’s no real beach access. The air conditioner kept being changed by the owners, that was very frustrating. Other than that, great condo.

The place was very clean with a beautiful view of the oceans and the boats coming in/out of Destin. Nice TV, good AC, de-humidifiers made it very comfy. My only real complaint was that there was not a wifi login posted, so we had to get that from host and there are lots of codes to remember/keep track of (gate,elevator,condo, pool, beach,etc)

great place. the view of the sound, bridge, and ocean can't be beat. furniture is warm and cozy. contoured kitchen is one of a kind. building also has unique open atrium with fountain in the common hallway. well stocked condo, ample room everywhere, felt like we leveled up with this stay. beds were good quality, little firm for my taste, but might be perfect for someone else. beach is next door with a short walk. unique pond beach, bring your snorkel gear.

This condo was amazing and beautiful! The location was perfect! The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable! Lots of room! My only disappointment was it says 3 bathrooms but it’s technically 2 full baths and 1 half bath so we thought each room would have it’s own full bath so 2 rooms (4 individuals) had to share a bathroom which is tough with 6 women lol. There were a few tiny issues but they responded IMMEDIATELY which we appreciated. We loved the easy keyless access to the building. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was perfect for our family. We have two grown kids(well they are in college) The size of the condo and floor plan worked out perfect for us. Each room having a view of the water and privacy. Huge condo with amazing view

We truly enjoyed our whole stay. The host was easy to work with and very responsive any time we had questions or needed anything. Was blown away with all the views, you can see the ocean and the harbor from the huge balcony at this place. We enjoyed eating our breakfast and lunches out here every day. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare any meals. Loved the open floor plan.
