I have not ever stayed on the pass area in Destin and I was pleasantly surprised. It was exactly what me and my husband were looking for. No crowds, no long waits on elevator, etc. We had the pool to ourselves everyday and for July that's unheard of. The people we did see were older couples like ourselves just relaxing and laying in the sun. I enjoyed watching the birds, boats, and the fisherman, it kept me entertained. You do have to walk down the road a block to get to the actual sand beach with a shore due to birds nesting next door, but there's a sand beach with a seawall directly in front of condo that was great for laying out while husband fished. There's restaurants very close by, we never had to go far for anything. Condo is an older complex but has been well maintained, our particular condo was very well appointed, very large space, I will mention there's no blinds or curtain on half of the floor to ceiling windows in living room and in the afternoon that sun will run you out of there, all the seating is directly in the sun so I would suggest to owners to have an option there for something to block sun when you want. There was a couple little quirky things with the condo (some light switches didn't work, lamp couldn't be plugged in on left side of bed because there's not even a plug on that side that it would reach, little things like that were not a big deal to us, just attributed to being an older complex as mentioned. Very happy with price versus what we got

This was our 3rd time at this facility. Check in is always a breeze. The view was exceptional. Only wish Mother Nature would have been cooperative with weather. The unit has everything you would expect. Only issue we had was some of the electrical outlets did not work, but we worked around it as we were not going to let that distract us from the view. We are looking forward to our next visit in the future.

very clean, a little outdated pots/pans and utensils, but they made it very simple for us and the view was beautiful. the private beach was PERFECT for the kiddos. very quiet and their management team went above and beyond for us!

The unit was clean and beautifully furnished. The views were spectacular! There are a few things to mention, though. 1. There was a maintenance guy there working on a toilet paper holder in the master bathroom until around 5:40pm. 2. One of the faucets in the master bath is dripping continuously. 3. The outlet on the South wall in the master bedroom doesn't work. 4. The front door with the slats doesn't lock. 5. I had to search the internet to figure out how to lock the front door from the outside. It would've been nice to have instructions somewhere. Real Joy's communication and customer service gets an A+ rating. They are the best I've ever dealt with.

Absolutle MUST if you go to destin. I can’t say enough good things about this place. This is the third year me and my family have booked at east pass! Amazing!!! You can’t beat the sunsets, the views and it’s a very clean place to stay. There is good security so we don’t worry about anything! Real Joy is a gem for us!

Gorgeous condo - decorated in beautiful island theme in all details. The balcony view is amazing and the reason we chose this location. The property has two towers. The tower #100 where stayed had cooling problems so last two days of stay the AC did not cool properly. By last day we had to sleep elsewhere. Arrival - the building interior was hot as a sauna and humid but seemed to improve. Meanwhile the condo AC unit was cooling very well but by second day it was struggling to keep cool. Called PM - just apologized for inconvenience. Comments from other guests said leaving due to no AC. The building had only one elevator operational out of two (work was in progress on other elevator during our whole stay) so slow going up and down. The pool for Bldg tower #100 is a downgrade compared to other tower #110's pool. We lacked chair cushions, rag tag umbrella if even there, closed hot tub, outside restrooms floors were filthy. Bldg #110 keeps its pool separate and locked from other building occupants. Sorry to see the construction right next door on Noriega Point. With the constructions fences - could not easily access the sand to walk to the inlet pools. Please adjust the refrigerator door so it opens on the right. Now the door is hinged on right and opens left but the opposing pantry door makes it impossible to stand in front of the frig and open the door no more than an inch between the open fridge door and pantry door.

We had a relaxing trip. The condo had great views from all balconies. We enjoyed that it was further away from the main strip. My teenage daughter and friend wanted to be closer to town. We rented them bikes and it was a short bike ride for them to meet up with friends. We liked how the beaches by the hotel were not as busy as the beaches off the main road. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This condo was fantastic !!! We chose it for the location but also it had the beds we wanted in each room. The balconies and the views were the most spectacular!! The only (very small) negative I have is ,there was nothing left in the condo, not even a salt and pepper shaker. I would definitely recommend and return to this condo.
