East Pass is also reconstructing the sea wall that runs along the property. Guests will still have access to the beach of East Pass but will not be able to approach the water while work is being done.***

East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

Area Attractions:
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

East Pass is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, para-sailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Exceptional

I like how close it was to the beach, tour activities and shopping centers. My family and I will definitely be back. The blankets , couch and some dishes were not clean. Other than that everything else was fine

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Destin, Florida. The location was perfect, even though there was some construction going on in the area, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Communication with the realjoys was clear and timely, which made check-in and the whole stay smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again!

This is the first time I had ever been to Destin and the week that we went was celebration of my birthday and we had a fabulous time. We stayed at East Pass off of Gulf shore Drive and the view was stunning.

Great place to stay if you’re vacationing in Destin!
It’s a bit off the beaten path, so it doesn’t have all the tourists and crowds. But it’s right across the water from the bridge coming into Destin and the harbor, so great views of the city and the fireworks show!
It’s secluded and has its own private beach area, which was very nice!
Very clean, fun amenities.

Great place with great views! You are able to see night life, but be far enough away to just hear the music, and see the calm of the ocean. Very close to attractions, food and shopping. It was able to keep 4 adults very comfortable.

Great location and private beach was extremely convenient. Condo was very nice and beds extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home for laundry, cooking needs, etc. Would recommend this condo and book again. We loved this condo at East Pass. It was absolutely perfect for our annual girl’s trip. It’s close to everything and the views are amazing from the balcony. Destin quickly became our favorite vacation spot. The ease of access was definitely a plus. The water taxi was a great way to get to Destin Harbor so you didn’t have to drive and the staff is amazing. Perfect spot with access to the beach and watching boats and activities on the water all day. Loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property… It was super clean, very conveniently located and the privacy of the beach and surrounds were wonderful! The bands were super comfy and the appliances were awesome. We loved the property and that pool side seating with beautiful views was an extra bonus. I think the property is best suited for couples and not necessarily children… It was perfect for us.

Beautiful View

The property was exceptionally clean, the building and amenities were lovely. The communication and responsiveness of the host was fantastic. The dryer wasnt functioning at the time of our trip, but the host was aware and let us know. If i had 1 complaint, and this is for anyone thinking about this property as a vacation rental, is the noise from the boardwalk across the harbor. Its VERY loud with music until bar close time. Its not my scene and was disruptive for sleep for young kids. This is absolutely no reflection on or problem with the property or the management so they deserve a 5 star review. But personally i wouldnt stay here again for that reason.

Excellent View & Great Condo

We love staying in East Pass Towers because of the fabulous view you get no matter which condo you stay in. This particular condo gave us the best view yet. We love watching the boats go in and out of the harbor. We were able to watch Dolphins and we love hearing the music and nightlife coming from the Harborwalk. The condo was very nice and well stocked. We would definitely stay in this condo again and will recommend it to family and friends. Thank you, Terry
