East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

Area Attractions:
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

East Pass is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, para-sailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Great view from every room. Having access to the porch from each room was an added bonus we didn’t expect. As a lover of cooking, I had everything I needed. Conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. A great outlet mall is just a few miles away if you like to shop. TIPS: bring your spices/condiments if you plan on cooking. These are consumables and will not be provided for you. Plan for rainy days. Most of the time we were there, it rained/stormed. The beach is beautiful during non rainy days. There’s a lot of traffic. Prepare to walk a lot or be patient. Read the agreement and information in the unit. The rules are clearly outlined. Super helpful! Lastly, I appreciated the high level of communication! I have received multiple communications and updates from day one of booking. We had a great stay and would recommend to others!

I like how close it was to the beach, tour activities and shopping centers. My family and I will definitely be back. The blankets , couch and some dishes were not clean. Other than that everything else was fine

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Destin, Florida. The location was perfect, even though there was some construction going on in the area, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Communication with the realjoys was clear and timely, which made check-in and the whole stay smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to others and would stay here again!

Great place to stay if you’re vacationing in Destin! It’s a bit off the beaten path, so it doesn’t have all the tourists and crowds. But it’s right across the water from the bridge coming into Destin and the harbor, so great views of the city and the fireworks show! It’s secluded and has its own private beach area, which was very nice! Very clean, fun amenities. We loved it!

We absolutely enjoy the Location beautiful view, private and secured with Gates. You could wake up and go on the balcony and see dolphins and the beautiful white Sand. I would recommend staying there again.
