The view from the room was amazing. The condo was clean. When an issue came up Real Joy was on top of it. I will definitely be booking here again. I couldn't get my laptop to find the WIFI connection, where all other devices found it with no issue. We had a mishap with the front bathroom not getting any cold water, maintenance came out and resolved the issue.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect location for fishing, watching sea turtles, and the best seat in the house for sunset views over the water. We took the water taxi for a meal on the harbor, but it also wasn't a bad drive to get here either. It's a great spot.

The property was spacious and roomy. It was clean and felt comfortable. The balcony was our favorite! Great view of the bay. Location is convenient to beach, but a bit ways from stores and activities. There was an issue with the guest shower, but maintenance followed very quickly and resolved the issue. Loved the views! The location was great with water on both sides. The property was neat, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The primary bathroom shower was huge! Loved having sliding doors from all the rooms to go out on the balcony. The balcony furniture was a huge plus and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. We have booked in this location before and love it. This is the first time booking at this specific unit and we loved this one too. We love the harbor views. Each day we sat poolside and watched dolphins play. The harbor walk can be noisy but we don’t mind. We enjoy sitting on patio to listen to it. One suggestion it could use a couple extra blankets to cover up while sitting on couch or on patio. Also in prior stay the pool was heated. This time it wasn’t. The other pool for other tower we heard was heated but I guess we can’t use either pool. It didn’t bother us to much as we used hot tub. This has nothing to do specific to the condo though and we have no complaints. We loved our stay and we would definitely recommend and we plan to be back.

We had a great weekend! This location is perfect for young couple(s) for a short stay. The location is beautiful but a little bit of a walk to the public beach. The condo was stocked with all kitchen supplies! Great condo! Very clean! We had a fantastic stay! It is loud at night due to the bars across the bay but we enjoyed it! We didn’t have to contact the property manager but received an email at the beginning with all the info/codes(lots of codes) we needed! 5/5 reccomend!

This is now our second stay at this location and we absolutely love it. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes away and we love the beach like lagoon near by with having small children it’s perfect. The setting is a bit loud at night because the music from the harbor, but my family actually enjoy it. Our view couldn’t be better! The condo is perfect & has every single cooking pan/pot/utensil you’ll ever need. We loved the large shower and our children love the bunk beds. Our favorite is the beautiful balcony and stunning views. The only thing I felt like we were missing was a broom due to the amount of sand we tracked in (there is a vacuum, but it doesn’t work well.) And I wish we had an earlier check in option, even if it costs extra.

We are very familiar with Destin and stay in Holiday Isle a few times a year. Our normal condo building was booked so we gave this one a try. Overall a good experience! Wish there were not so many different codes to remember and I wish the unit came with beach chairs and an umbrella to use.

Location was excellent, very clean with all amenities we could have asked for. We stayed in Tower 1, the only thing that we would have liked to have been able to take advantage of the lounges by the pool area on Tower 1 did not have cushions as did Tower 2 which made it rather uncomfortable to stay by the pool for any length of time. Overall I would still have to give this vacation 5 stars!

Cute condo. Kitchen nicely outfitted, but probably not conducive to heavy dinner cooking. Perfect for our daytime needs. The Keurig does work - you just have to know how to use it: plug in; add water; open top; insert Kcup; close top; press flashing button; wait for brew. Ran the vacuum when we got in; looked like a rushed cleaning job. Yes, this is a seawall location, but it's private. Plunk down a sandchair and watch boats and parasailers in the inlet. The pool was nicely heated; great swim when it wasn't full of kids. (The tiered sundeck photo caption does not mean you have access to both pools. They are fenced and accessible only via the East Pass building you're staying in.) Decent hot tub, but not as hot as I like it. It had turned a little green probably due to all the kids, but management addressed it after I sent a text. Easy access to Norriego Point beach and nice walk around the public access park. No direct beach access to the East; neighboring property had the coast sidewalk blocked. There's public beach access about 500 steps down Gulf Shore Drive, which is almost 2.5 miles out to 98, making it a really great daily run out and back with nice wide sidewalks. Great balcony view of the point and harbor. Yes, the building is a little dated, but I like the location and that it's not fifteen stories high. No, the furniture and beds are not the most comfortable. Yes, the Harbor Boardwalk nightlife echoes late after midnight, but we still all managed to sleep right through it. We had busy days of sun, walking, bocci ball on the sand, kayaking to Crab Island, pontoon rental to Okaloosa Island, go-karts & mini-golf, a little shopping and fantastic dining. We really had a great time!

We enjoyed our time here. It was nice. Like others reported and we found true...the couches in living room are very uncomfortable and the Keurig which we brought pods for was broken. The floors were pretty dirty I noticed but everything else was good. We had a great time and would go again to this place. One thing to remember is there are like 50 different codes to remember so take a screenshot.

Our first experience with RealJoy was about as good as it could possibly get. When using a property mgmt. company that you are not familiar with because you've used another for so many years, you're just not sure how it will go. RealJoy exceeded our expectations. Their condo was priced lower that the one we normally rent and was 10x more updated and furnished with items you may need, especially an abundance of towels. The room was super clean and everything worked! There were a few issues with the condo community that were disappointing such as the inoperative spa and the heated pool not being heated. Those things are totally out of the control of RealJoy and after speaking to some owner occupants of the community, they are a little perturbed with the HOA there for the aforementioned issues. The communication with RealJoy was consistent and thorough and immediately built the trust that I needed to feel confident about booking with them. I will absolutely be booking with RealJoy in the future!

Can't beat this view. You can see both the pass and the harbor/harbor walk. There is always something going on and boats passing. I will never stay on the gulf again watching the same waves roll in over and over. You can even hear the live bands from the bars across the canal. The unit was very nice. Only complaint is the fan wouldnt turn on without the light in the main bedroom which would have come in handy since they don't allow the AC to go below 70 but that is just a personal preferrence.

Excellent customer service, extremely clean property and decorated with class. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and "ORGANIZED". The location is perfect. The property even included items for children. The little things really add up with this property. I called customer service the day we arrived as I didn't receive my door code. I got a live person in less than 5 minutes and I received excellent customer service. Due to the pandemic it has been very stressful leading up to this quick getaway so the amenities and customer service truly put us in relaxation mode and we loved it. Also, the water taxi took us to dinner each night therefore we felt pampered. This is a top notch property and rental company. Already planning my next trip!

Very beautiful condo. Also, very clean. Love the way the master bathroom is set up- very roomy. Also, love that you have access to balcony from every room. A great place to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. You definitely feel safe with all the security passcodes needed to enter gate, elevator, condo, and pool. It would be nice if codes were the same to access. We enjoyed our stay. Music/bands are very loud at night. People are partying till 2-3AM. It didn’t bother me, but I can see where others might not be too happy. AC didn’t seem to work at 100%.

Amazing views! Fully loaded kitchen, clean and well kept condo. Comfortable beds with fresh linens and soft oversized pillows. Beautiful outdoor furniture allowed us the opportunity to enjoy the patio at night and for morning coffee. Beautiful oversized shower in the master. We booked East Pass #208 for myself, my husband and our two 16yr olds. It was a delight from start to finish.
Firstly, we LOVED the location: at the end of a peninsula in a residential area that has been there since I started visiting Destin over 20 years ago. We greatly appreciated the intimate and homey feeling being in a building with less units, we do not like the crazy crowded resort towers. We were so pleased to have all access codes and no keys to come and go without coordinating keys. There was a combination of full time residents and rental guests, all friendly and respectful of quiet hours after 10pm. I found this a great place for adults and families.
The view from our wrap around balcony was fantastic. We could view all the activity at Harborwalk Village across the channel on our right side without being in the crowds.
We could view the private beach and entrance to the gulf with spectacular sunsets each night on our left side.
There was two pools and private beach. We didnt get to the gym. If you want to get into the gulf bay water, you need to hop on over to the public portion of the beach just a few steps away as there is a sea wall at this building.
I will say that even the public beach felt private, not many people at all. Bring your own beach chairs and enjoy the white sands, snorkel in the shallow swim area for little fish, crabs and some jellyfish.
The unit was very clean with contemporary beachy decor. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. Also having a washer/dryer in the unit was appreciated. I am picky about bathrooms and this unit did NOT disappoint...both were clean, updated and modern with a great shower in the master suite.
We spent our evenings sitting out on the balcony, enjoying the view; there was even an amazing fireworks show while we were there.
The other great & fun feature was that when we walked over to the public beach next to the marina outside the complex gates, we daily called a water taxi to drop us off at Harborwalk Village and did not have to sit in traffic on 98.
My favorite restaurant Louisiana Lagniappe was down the street and everything else we needed was in easy driving distance.
We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

This is a great location - and there is a water taxi at the bottom of the condo that takes you directly to the harbor walk- perfect for families who are traveling with kiddo's in car seats and you do not want to pack the whole family into the car/car seats!.. Please note that there is a beach within walking distance, but it isn't the most ideal beach for small kids - there are a lot of fish and crabs, and the beach isn't as long as the beaches you can find further down the coast.. There is also a lot of boat traffic going through the channel on the beach... The space is comfortable and clean - and it's definitely worth the spend!

Great views!! The pictures do it no justice compared to actually seeing the views. Security was great considering all the different codes. Also loved not having to keep up with a key. It is a little further from some attractions than I would like but they water taxi made things a lot easier. Loved the privacy of the beach! Would recommend to anyone except for people under 25. Would stay again especially for a romantic get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Isle over my wife's springbreak (She's a teacher). The condo is incredible and is stocked with everything that you could possibly need. It is a short drive or water taxi ride to many restuarants and attractions. We spent a day at the pool and a day at the beach right by the condo, both were great and it was never too crowded. Then we spent a couple of days traveling to the nearby state park beaches, which were also phenomenal. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to stay in Destin.

This was the first time staying at East Pass and we absolutely loved it! The condo was as described. It was clean, the view was amazing, the beds were so comfortable and it just felt like home! We also loved the patio! Each room had access to the patio and I loved drinking my coffee out there every morning. I do a lot of fishing and I loved the ease of just grabbing my fishing pole and walking down to the beach. Out of all the places I’ve stayed at in Destin, this condo is the best! Can’t wait to go back!

I really enjoyed staying at this unit, because it felt like a home away from home. I had all the conveniences of home, yet I was on vacation with beautiful views of the white powder sands of the beach, which overlook the Gulf and the harbor. I enjoyed relaxing on the wrap around balcony where I can see some of the Gulf and the harbor, while watching the yachts and boats sail by on the beautiful water glistening in the sunshine. There's plenty of room on the balcony for me and my guests and I enjoyed the view from the living room from sunrise until late into the night. I could also step out on the balcony from the Master Bedroom or from the living room, so I could awaken in the morning and walk on the balcony with a cup of coffee. I could tell that the kitchen has been professionally upgraded and it was very nice. It was well- stocked with everything that I could possibly think of using when preparing meals. The unit was very well maintained and the decor was very nice. This gated community was secured; therefore, I was able to relax without having to worry about my personal safety or my vehicle. The common areas & lobbies of the property are very well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. I enjoyed my stay at this unit and I left with a smile on my face. Needless to say, I look forward to returning soon.

Where do I start? This condo was gorgeous! I had an amazing stay, having morning tea on the large balcony. We Ubered to all of our events, due to the close proximity to activities. The unit is very modern, clean, professionally decorated & well-maintained. It's comfortable and relaxing. The extended balcony offers sunset views overlooking the white sandy private beach on the Gulf, as well as, the beautiful night lights on the harbor. Our stay was Sept 9th till the 12th. Hurricane Irma was hitting south Florida, so we got the winds on Saturday and Sunday. Relajoy emailed me on saturday asking us to put patio furniture inside. When we arrived late Saturday, they had already moved the furniture inside. They did a very sloppy job and kind of just threw the furniture inside, instead of trying to make it pleasant. We had to rearrange the furniture to make it comfortable. We couldn't cancel, because Destin didnt have a hurricane warning issued. We left Monday, because the weather was supposed to get really bad. In all we had fun for those 2 days and the condo is beautiful. It could use some dominos or board games for when the weather is like what we went thru.

This was such a cool place to stay. Beautiful condo, clean and comfortable. Loved the sight from the balcony. We had plenty of room to play family games on the balcony while listening to music from Harborwalk village. We were worried about access the beach and gulf water, but turned out to be a very secluded beach at Norriego Point. So cool! Walked to O'steen beach as well. We will be back!!!!

This place is awesome. It's right across from entertainment and great restraunts. The inside is just Wow. You can listen to music, watch fireworks, or just relax and watch all the boats go by from the balcony. It's easy to get in and out of there's a traffic light. Have been to Destin several times previously. Loved the condo. Loved the location. Great views on Holiday Isle! Updated condo. Was not impressed with RealJoy. Normally just go through vrbo directly . I know check in not until 4 and we planned accordingly. Could not get ap they suggested using so emailed RealJoy at 3:45 stating need codes and they replied stating she will text me all the codes but check in not until 4. Stated I understood that it would take us 15 minutes to unload the car. RealJoy very concerned I may go into condo 10 minutes prior to 4. To give you a comparison my friends came down Wednesday to stay at another condo through a different company and got there almost 4 hours early and they were very nice to them and stated condo ready go ahead and enter the condo. I understand people wanting to get in early. But if condo ready what is the big deal! Loved the condo. Just thought the way RealJoy handles the property was very impersonal. As I stated have been going to Destin for 20 years and never had to deal with a company like this before.
