East Pass 208 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium situated on the beautiful Destin Harbor and East Pass features a king in the master, a twin over full bunk in guest room, and a new sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 6 comfortably. This immaculate, recently updated condo is equipped with a designer open kitchen, granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, glass tile, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The huge master bedroom has a custom reclaimed wood feature wall, sliding door leading to the balcony and a master bath with custom tile shower, double vanity, and make up area. Relax comfortably on a balcony long enough to be accessed from both bedrooms and the living room, with lounging areas and captivating views of East Pass and the Destin Harbor!

Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. The beach at East Pass Towers is steps away from the condo and uniquely built up on a seawall. If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year.

Area Attractions:
An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

East Pass is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner and paddle-board rentals.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Relaxing with amazing views

The view from the room was amazing. The condo was clean. When an issue came up Real Joy was on top of it. I will definitely be booking here again. I couldn't get my laptop to find the WIFI connection, where all other devices found it with no issue. We had a mishap with the front bathroom not getting any cold water, maintenance came out and resolved the issue.

Great views of the bay and sunsets! Loved the large balcony, spent a lot of time on it. Condo was exactly as described in pictures. Check in and check out easiest. Customer service ease to get hold of and were friendly. Only complaints was I didn’t have a broom and the beach access was a little further than expected but not bad at all. Felt like we have beaches to ourselves with out shark worry.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was the perfect location for fishing, watching sea turtles, and the best seat in the house for sunset views over the water. We took the water taxi for a meal on the harbor, but it also wasn't a bad drive to get here either. It's a great spot.

The property was spacious and roomy. It was clean and felt comfortable. The balcony was our favorite! Great view of the bay. Location is convenient to beach, but a bit ways from stores and activities. There was an issue with the guest shower, but maintenance followed very quickly and resolved the issue. One small suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint and beach accessories for guests. Our stay was great! We will definitely be back again!

Loved the views! The location was great with water on both sides. The property was neat, clean, roomy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The primary bathroom shower was huge! Loved having sliding doors from all the rooms to go out on the balcony. The balcony furniture was a huge plus and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. Would definitely stay here again. I can't say enough good things about it!
