East Pass 207

The location was beautiful, clean and mostly maintained. Unfortunately there was limited pool access and the hot tub was not heated at the time but due for repair. The Rental company was in contact regularly to make sure all was going good. It was really a good experience for our group. Due to some maintenance the power was out for a day but we were graciously compensated.

The unit was as stated. We had a few issues that Realjoy took care of right away. Location was quiet with a great balcony. Too bad we couldn't use it due to the very cold weather.

Everything was Great! It was a nice quiet getaway. One thing was the guest bedroom tv would not connected to work but was not a concern because I was in that room and really didn’t need it.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, fabulous, good views, and very quiet. It was probably the week we were there, but we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is a little older but fairly well maintained overall. Great communication from the renter with easy check in and check out processes.

wonderful stay and great Airbnb! very responsive host! our unit was right next to the elevator and we couldn't hear any noise. the pool was great and the view was everything we hoped! loved being able to walk to the four swimming areas. I loved the tranquil location away from the crowded beaches. highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. I was worried about the cleanliness after seeing some reviews, but I had no issues, thought it was just fine. My favorite part is its location on Holiday Isle, the O’Steen Beach Trail, and Destin Harbor. We had so much fun watching the boats in the harbor. Definitely recommend, and I would also stay here again.

Beautiful location on the waterfront. Short walk to the beach and jetties. Great fitness center with amazing water views. Water taxi available for pick up off the beach. Def need a car or have to Uber/water taxi to restaurants.

We always come to the beach for our anniversary. We love the beach we have been doing this for over 35 years. The condo was great had every thing we needed. Not far from the beach which was nice. Every thing close by. We had an awesome time.

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the boardwalk scenery and view of Crab Island. I just wish the hot tub was working. I emailed RealJoy who got a hold of the HOA but still was not fixed during our stay. The week was cool and rainy, so would have been perfect to sit in.

It was our first time vacationing in Destin and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location of our property was great and the condo was clean and what we needed. The only downside was there was a lot of construction and outside noise from the property and park next to us. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommend.

We loved everything about the visit to Florida! The property was located very close to many things to do, restaurants and attractions, yet it was tucked away at the end of a quiet road. Condo was clean, well stocked and bright. The only draw back utensils melted in pans when we cooked and it would have been nice to find extra blankets in the closet for the couch bed, instead of having to ask for them. It was unseasonably cold in Florida, so they didn't know what was needed. I was very happy and will be back!

This condo was great for our weekend stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The building had good security features. Great for the two of us, but could easily fit another person or two in the guest room. Fully stocked kitchen. Great balcony with views of the harbor and the ocean. Quick drive to lots of restaurants or anything else we would need. We stayed during the off season and got a fantastic deal. Would stay here again.

The location of the condo on holiday aisle was excellent. Couldn’t have been better. The proximity to the beach was just steps away and made it very convenient. Going back-and-forth on the water taxi was such a plus. All the harbor restaurants and entertainment were excellent and we really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the harbor.

Great property, nice and clean! The property doesn’t have ocean access just beach access but we knew that when we booked. There is a small public beach to the right of the property that was close enough to walk.

The pool, hot tub, & workout facilities are very nice. The condo is spacious & very comfortable with a fabulous large scenic balcony. The whole facility is beautiful & well maintained. It was so easy to use the codes to enter the gates & condo & not have to remember a key. Beautiful views of the bridge & Crab Island. We even saw fireworks the first night from the pool. We would prefer easier access to the ocean.

We enjoyed our view from the condo. It was nice to sit at the pool and watch the boat traffic. My only suggestion would be to clean up the patio, The floor was filthy. Other than that the condo was as expected.
