Great view and space to stay at! Loved the access to the balcony from all rooms and the scenery of the Gulf! We definitely recommend and look forward to returning!! The parking is right next to the entry to the room and the elevator right next to the room!!! Loved it overall!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! This condo is def worth the money due to location, especially if you have little kids. The beach being quite literally right next to you and another beach maybe a 3-5 minute walk makes it perfect. It avoids the hassle of getting kids in the car going to the beach getting kids in the car again to go back to the condo. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the balcony and the pool area. The condo is really cute. Kids were comfortable in the pullout couch. There were a few things that happen that were a little bothersome, but they were so quick to fix that it really wasn’t a big deal at the end. The shower curtains were moldy, when I told them they dropped off new shower curtains within an hour or two. I saw a couple of tiny roaches by the dishwasher and coming out the sink and very quickly they went to spray and take care of the issue. I got locked out because the gate code wasn’t working and immediately they helped. Great response time. Will def stay again.

Spent my birthday here and had a blast. The unit is beautiful, I don't think the pictures do it justice. There is a fair amount of kitchen items for cooking but you should be prepared to get things like foil, seasonings, condiments, and coffee. Parking was plentiful and it was right next to a public beach entrance. The beach is small, but Henderson beach is much larger and only a 20 minute drive away. All in all I really enjoyed my trip and the location, would definitely recommend this unit!

We loved the place and location! Very close to the coves and private beach. The balcony was amazing to sit outside in the morning and evening especially to watch the sunset. Place was clean and the host was very responsive. 10/10! We will be back

The location was beautiful, clean and mostly maintained. Unfortunately there was limited pool access and the hot tub was not heated at the time but due for repair. The Rental company was in contact regularly to make sure all was going good. It was really a good experience for our group. Due to some maintenance the power was out for a day but we were graciously compensated.

Everything was Great! It was a nice quiet getaway. One thing was the guest bedroom tv would not connected to work but was not a concern because I was in that room and really didn’t need it.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient, fabulous, good views, and very quiet. It was probably the week we were there, but we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The unit is a little older but fairly well maintained overall. Great communication from the renter with easy check in and check out processes.

wonderful stay and great Airbnb! very responsive host! our unit was right next to the elevator and we couldn't hear any noise. the pool was great and the view was everything we hoped! loved being able to walk to the four swimming areas. We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the unit was spacious, with plenty of room for the four of us. I was worried about the cleanliness after seeing some reviews, but I had no issues, thought it was just fine. My favorite part is its location on Holiday Isle, the O’Steen Beach Trail, and Destin Harbor. We had so much fun watching the boats in the harbor. Definitely recommend, and I would also stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the boardwalk scenery and view of Crab Island. I just wish the hot tub was working. I emailed RealJoy who got a hold of the HOA but still was not fixed during our stay. The week was cool and rainy, so would have been perfect to sit in.

It was our first time vacationing in Destin and we enjoyed everything about our stay. The location of our property was great and the condo was clean and what we needed. The only downside was there was a lot of construction and outside noise from the property and park next to us. Otherwise, it was great and highly recommend.

We loved everything about the visit to Florida! The property was located very close to many things to do, restaurants and attractions, yet it was tucked away at the end of a quiet road. Condo was clean, well stocked and bright. The only draw back utensils melted in pans when we cooked and it would have been nice to find extra blankets in the closet for the couch bed, instead of having to ask for them. It was unseasonably cold in Florida, so they didn't know what was needed. I was very happy and will be back!

This condo was great for our weekend stay. The condo was very clean and spacious. The building had good security features. Great for the two of us, but could easily fit another person or two in the guest room. Fully stocked kitchen. Great balcony with views of the harbor and the ocean. Quick drive to lots of restaurants or anything else we would need. We stayed during the off season and got a fantastic deal. Would stay here again.

The pool, hot tub, & workout facilities are very nice. The condo is spacious & very comfortable with a fabulous large scenic balcony. The whole facility is beautiful & well maintained. It was so easy to use the codes to enter the gates & condo & not have to remember a key. Beautiful views of the bridge & Crab Island. We even saw fireworks the first night from the pool. We would prefer easier access to the ocean.
