This home contains 2 queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping 6 comfortably. Step outside onto the patio where you can barbecue with the propane grill or just sit and enjoy a cup of coffee among the natural surroundings. Underneath the home, there is an additional location for outdoor relaxation with a gas firepit to enjoy during the evenings. The house sits conveniently off Scenic Highway 30A, just a short walk to the pristine white sands of Blue Mountain Beach or to several delicious local dining spots. Staying in this part of Blue Mountain Beach provides exclusive deeded access to three private beach entrances, as well as the right to use all portions of the beach front property in those areas. Parking along the roads that border the private beach accesses is prohibited. The Old Blue Mountain Beach Community is located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Tucked in between the tranquil Big Redfish Lake and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico the Old Blue Mountain Beach community is conveniently located. You’ll be within a couple of blocks of Redfish Village with shops and restaurants, bike and surf rentals and other conveniences. Don’t forget to walk over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for a homemade scoop! Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Explore Redfish Lake, one of the few coastal dune lakes in the world. Come and see for yourself what makes Blue Mountain Beach and the 30A area so special!

This is a fantastic location with  Gulf Place Town Center  only  2  miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A.  Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The location is perfect for those who want to walk to the beach, Red Fish Taco, and Blue Mountain Creamery. You are truly in Blue Mountain... which we love compared to Seaside or Rosemary. Great restaurants in the area, bikes come with the house... so take advantage of the bike path that is next to the house and ride down to Grayton or Seaside. I rode down to the Grayton State Park... absolutely worth the 10m ride! The house was cute inside, well decorated and functional. They already had tons of beach stuff and a great are to hang out under the house. Great home!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was close to the beach. We were also lucky to find parking right near the stairs. The Shake Shop, Ice Cream Shop and the taco restaurant are all walking distance. Be sure to bring K-Cups if you want to make coffee and bring your own sponge if you want to hand wash some dishes.

I recently stayed at RealJoy’s Santa Rosa beach house and had an absolutely fantastic time! The setup and interior design of the place were amazing—everything was so thoughtfully arranged and stylish. One unique feature was the fenced-in yard around the first story of the house. My grandson had a blast playing there, and it gave us peace of mind knowing he was safe.
The house offers plenty of privacy, and the beach is easily accessible, just a short stroll away. The location is perfect—less crowded than Destin, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed for a beach day, including a beach wagon, chairs, and sand toys. There was even an inflatable kids pool, which my grandson loved.
The property management team was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. I accidentally left several of my shirts behind, and they went above and beyond by dropping them off at UPS for me. Thei

This place was perfect. Walkable to beach and best value on the block. The space under the house was great for hanging out with family in the evening. The wagon they provide makes it easy to take everything to the beach in 1 trip. Our favorite part of this location was there is no public parking nearby for the beach, so the beach access we walked to everyday was never very crowded and we were always able to get a great location.

This was the perfect little spot. Everything was as advertised. The little downstairs outdoor sitting area is great. They can get rid of those immediately. The cottage was really soundproof. It allowed my toddler to be able to sleep upstairs and for the adults to listen to music and have some drinks downstairs without any interference. The only hiccup we had was the knob on the dryer stripped. They were more than happy to send someone by to fix the problem. Coming back next year and I really hope we get this spot again!

The location is amazing, the house is wonderful. The downstairs is fun & it was a perfect place for us to spend a week. Know that a management company is who you will communicate with, for good or bad. They have a separate portal & I did not send them my email because I thought it is all supposed to be on Airbnb. They called for my contact info; it was typed in wrong & I didn't get the check in data which probably included all the information like them not supplying anything beyond what is there to start. There was not enough dishwasher soap, paper towels, or even enough toilet paper, although we were paying for a week. We tried to use the firepit & it was out of gas, so that took 3 days of communication mixups to fix. There were ZERO items in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, foil, baggies. You must bring or buy everything. Small issues like that make me not want to use management run properties, but they remained very professional and tried to fix issues asap. Plan ahead and enjoy!

We loved the place. We could walk out the door and run on the Timpoochee Trail. The beach was beautiful, the house was very close to it, and we loved the bikes, cornhole, connect four, and the house was perfect for our family of 4.
