Welcome to your getaway at Dunes of Panama 205D, a 2BR/2BA condo located steps from the Gulf of Mexico! This amazing condo overlooks two pools and an expansive view of the sandy-white beaches. With access to all THREE pools (one seasonally heated) and loads of other amenities, be prepared to have the vacation of a lifetime! There's a king bed with balcony access in the master and a full bed, and a twin bunk in the guest room, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to a full-course dinner in your well-equipped kitchen. The on-site gym will have everything you need if you want to keep your fitness routine. Dunes of Panama is located on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach in the peaceful eastern end of exclusive Thomas Drive. This amazing complex features 1,500 ft. of sugar-white beachfront, 3 Large gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated Nov. 1 – May 1), Poolside gazebos, Volleyball, lighted tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, activities for kids, Swing Sets on the beach, Outdoor BBQs, Picnic Tables, and a Fitness Room (E building). Loaded with amenities, the area offers world-class dining, shopping, nightlife, and outdoor activities and is close to the award-winning St. Andrews State Park. Conveniently located on the family-friendly, eastern end of Thomas Drive, the beach in front of the Dunes of Panama is fabulous! It's wide and deep and reminds one of "old Florida". Less than 10 Minutes away is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and the south, the beautiful Gulf. Swimming and fishing are great at the park without the large crowds!

Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5–10-minute drive.

Take the kids over to Shipwreck Island waterpark for more splashing fun or take a pleasant stroll about a mile down the beach to Schooner's for a delicious meal or drink.

The view was amazing. I enjoyed having my morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony daily. There's nothing like going down 2 floors straight out to the beach. Everyone we encountered on the property was very friendly. We loved the oversized chaise sofa as well, it's extremely comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast, we ate out all other meals and enjoyed the local restaurants, especially Bella Roma. We had one lighbulb out in the bathroom and maintenance promptly replaced the bulb while we were at the beach.
We had a wonderful weekend and Ashley did a great job at Real Joy.

We had an amazing stay! Only issue was at original check in with the door lock, but that was travel weary operational error. When we reached out to RealJoy they were so quick to respond. As for Dunes of Panama, this resort gave us one of the best family vacations we've ever had. Everything was so close and safe feeling I was able to give my teenager more freedom to move from the room to the beach or pool where we were. Also, the facilities were really clean. We didnt even mind going barefoot when we would venture out for pool or beach time.

Very nice and cozy spot. The beach area was not crowded and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Short walk to the car was the best, especially when loading and unloading. The host was very responsive and informative.
