Welcome to Dune Villa 6A, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor unit in Beachfront complex Dune Villas, ideal for your next getaway. Step out onto your balcony and dive into the pool, with beach access just a few steps away, and offering stunning views of the Gulf. This condo is embellished with granite countertops, wood-grain ceramic tile flooring, beautiful light fixtures, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cozy king bedroom provides a serene escape, and the living room features a queen sleeper sofa that comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Step out of the sliding door and onto the pool deck for a dip or walk out to the beach to make unforgettable memories at Dune Villa 6A!

Snowbird Season runs from January through February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Located in the heart of Seagrove, often referred to as Laid back and Luxurious, the Dune Villas complex is the perfect place for easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, and of course, the beach. The property is centrally positioned and close to everything. A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles away, and a Tom Thumb gas station is within walking distance. This Gulf-front community offers outdoor grills and shaded tables. Direct beach access is just off the side of the pool, and in less than 3 minutes, you can have your bare feet in the soft white sand.

Greenway Station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Really nice condo & location! Quiet residential neighborhood right on the Timpoochee bike trail and the ocean! We enjoyed both. Bike rentals right across the street! Conveniently located between Destin & Panama City with lots of quaint seaside towns between each bigger city. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

My husband and I stayed for an entire month. The location was perfect. It’s steps away from the beach and walkable to a few restaurants plus less than 1.5 miles from Seaside. It’s located perfectly in between Grayton Beach and Rosemary. It’s about 15 minutes to both of those areas which we frequented often during the month. The condo itself was the perfect size for us. Our only complaints were the Internet, dishwasher, and the gate to access the beach. The Internet was not reliable. We both worked from home all month and had multiple interruptions every day. The bottom rack of the dishwasher was broken. It was a pain to push in and out. It also didn’t seem to clean that well and didn’t dry at all. The gate to access the beach was so difficult. It took us multiple tries to get it unlocked every time we went to the beach. Overall, nothing big that would keep us from recommending this place to people. We would definitely stay again! The management company was also super great & attentive!

What a wonderful place to stay close to the beach! Bike and golf cart rental across the street is very convenient.
The bed was very comfortable.
Bedroom struggled to cool off but there is a fan provided. Bedroom gets very dark at night which is really nice!
Upstairs neighbors can be loud, plan for a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper.
The kitchen has all items needed - coffee maker and keurig supplied but no coffee ready for you, so be prepared to head to the store!
Bath towels are provided but NO beach towels - so bring your own if you plan to go to the beach. No beach chairs or umbrella either.
Overall it was a great value for the money we paid!
