Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our stay here was so wonderful, I would definitely stay again. From the condo, it was a 8-9 minute walk to the public access beach with restrooms and parking. The beach was beautiful and Pompano Joes was right there with amazing food and drink service. We had a large family of 12 and found the condo just perfect. The kiddos loved the bunk bed room downstairs, my parents stayed on the second floor by the kitchen, and we loved the privacy of being upstairs. Each room having their own bathroom saved us so much time, especially after coming back from the beach and having to get ready for lunch or dinner. The huge island in the kitchen area was perfect for our brunches and dinner together, allowing all of us to enjoy family meals, and the comfortable sitting area allowed our kiddos and grandparents to hang out together. The balcony provided serenity for my mother and in law in the early mornings with coffee. This condo helped make our trip so much more than I could’ve ever imagined. 10/10- Reviewed On: 9/12/2025

We really enjoyed the facility. It was clean and comfortable. Having multiple bathrooms made things very convenient since we’re a family of six. Having more than one parking space was also great. We haven’t returned to the previous place where we only had space for one. We travel in 2 vehicles. The walk to the beach was not bad. It was better than trying to fight for parking at the public areas. Our family really enjoyed it. We will certainly give you another opportunity next year.

We had a great stay at this home! The house was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The kitchen was impressively stocked with appliances, and we appreciated having both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for our morning brews.
The AC worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable, and there were plenty of fresh towels throughout the house—though do note that pool towels or beach towels weren’t provided, so you may want to bring your own.
The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the location is perfect—just a short walk or drive to the beach! Parking for two cars was super convenient.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect for Our Group Getaway!
This Airbnb exceeded every expectation we had and that’s saying a lot for a group of 11 women! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away. Honestly, the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s even more spacious, beautifully decorated, and welcoming in person. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, and we all had more than enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves. One of the biggest highlights was the fully equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed and more! From morning coffee to group dinners, we cooked together, laughed, and shared so many wonderful meals. It made the trip feel even more like home. Amazing stay
Perfect townhome for our annual vacation with my niece and nephews. This house fit 7 of us perfect with more room if needed. House is just a straight away side of a football field to the beach. Not terrible at all. Water was perfect right there and a restaurant on the beach was the icing of the cake. Property was super clean. If I had to list a con, it would be that the first and second floor was perfect in staying cool, but the 3rd floor bedrooms were on the warmer side which made it hard to sleep some. Great spot. Great vacation home
Very clean and decorated nicely. It was exactly as pictured. Beach wagon and tent was a great bonus Kind of a far walk to the beach for me. However there was a parking lot right at the entrance of the street so that the walk is shorter.- Reviewed On: 6/17/2024

Great location and Great Condo
The condo was so well laid out it worked excellent for our four groups. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room and still were not on top Of each other.
