This open-concept space includes a sleeper sofa, a sleek dining area with seating for everyone, and a thoughtfully upgraded kitchen showcasing custom cabinetry, high-end stainless-steel appliances, and modern finishes—ideal for gathering after a day at the beach.

A staircase off the kitchen leads to the crown jewel of the home on the third floor. Here, the luxurious king master suite awaits, complete with a stunning ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaking tub, glass-enclosed walk-in shower, elegant tilework, granite countertops, and Moen fixtures. An additional queen guest bedroom on this level offers a peaceful space to relax and recharge. Nestled in the Driftwood community, these recently constructed townhomes provide an ideal retreat with a heated pool and a sun-soaked poolside deck. Positioned within close walking distance from the pristine Emerald ocean waters and powdery white sand beaches of Miramar Beach, these townhomes boast proximity to the magnificent shores of the Emerald Coast. Each townhome is a three-story haven with a 1-car garage, ensuring both luxury and practicality. Want a break from the beach? You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Driftwood House! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Our little one absolutely loved the sand toys provided — she was so excited to play with them every morning and didn’t even want to use the ones we brought from home; We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back. One small suggestion: it would be amazing if the golf cart was included in the rental price, as that would make the stay even more convenient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space with lots of room for a large group. There was lots of construction that was hard to navigate around but you could not hear it from inside. An easy short drive or a longer walk to a beautiful public beach with free parking. Very convenient location and it was great for our group!

Stay was 4 days. We came for cheer competition so we didnt explore much because of rain. But the house was Very clean, perfect size. Pictures were exactly as posted. If I had any questions, I would get an answer withing 5 mins. Will stay again if I ever revisit
