The first floor features a spacious bunk room with two sets of bunks (twin-over-twin and full-over-full), making it perfect for kids or groups. You’ll also find a full bathroom, walkout patio, washer and dryer, ample storage, and a one-car garage on this level.
Head up to the second floor, where the main living space shines. Relax in the stylish living room with a large flat-screen TV or gather in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for up to 12—perfect for family meals and entertaining. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had SO much fun this past week at this Airbnb! It was beautiful and had plenty of space to comfortably sleep all 9 of us. We loved how close it was to the beach, and often times just walked there, or to the coffee shop nearby in the mornings. It has a beautiful kitchen for cooking, comfy couches for movie nights, and a great table for our puzzles! We had the best time, well worth the cost, and we’d love so much to come back!! Our stay at this beautiful home was thoroughly enjoyable. While we did encounter some minor issues, the host was exceptionally responsive and ensured that our needs were met. The entire group adored the property, which, as described, features three floors, providing a fantastic workout when traversing from the first floor to the third. The location is superb, with a diverse array of restaurants, the beach, and shopping areas nearby. We opted to drive to the beach and park in the public parking lot. Alternatively pedestrias can take a route through an alleyway and across a busy road to reach the beach. Swimming in the pool at night was enjoyable due to its heated temperature. My family had an unforgettable thanksgiving! The space was clean, cozy and spacious to accomodate all of us comfortably. The dining area was perfect for our family gathering. This place was great! The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was enough space so that everyone had their own privacy. The perfect distance from the beach. The pictures were exactly like the actual house. Tammy was great! My kids and I got there about 45 minutes before check in time and she was able to get ahold of someone to allow us to be able to check in early since I messed up the time zones on our travel arrangements. Jilenna’s place was great for our weekend stay with family and two pups. Beach is within walking distance and home is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything (outlet, mall, grocery store, etc.) As far as supplies, the hosts mention what is provided and what is not — I’d recommend reviewing that list so you can get missing essentials if needed, like detergent or dish soap. For pet owners: the unit is next to the grassy relief area for pets with a waste bag station in front.
