We had a lovely stay at this VRBO. The mgmt staff was very responsive around any questions we had pre check-in. Upon arrival, the unit was as pictured, clean, and decorate very tastefully. The kitchen was lovely to make breakfast and beach lunches as well as walking distance from the beach. The included 2 chairs and beach umbrella made it very nice for a sweet setup upon walking down to the beach. The only negative that comes to mind was that the toaster didn't work. But outside of that we couldn't have asked for much more! PS - if you have trouble with stairs I'd recommend not staying here. The unit is on the 3rd floor

The property was very close to the shoreline (couple flights of stairs and maybe a 100ft walk). Clean housing and close to town. Not a fan of being charged a hefty cleaning charge even though we have to do the trash, bath towels, and beach equipment.

It was so tucked in from the other condo's it felt so private. Being only 10 units we got to know some of the others staying in the other units. Everyone was so friendly. Beach access was perfect. Everything was just as described.

This place was perfect! Right on a very beautiful beach, private, quiet, easy biking distance to several restaurants and shops. We did use the pullout sofa for two teens and the mattress could stand an upgrade. But the rest of the accommodations - the king bed, the bathroom, the kitchen - were all nice, new, well equipped. There's a safe place to store bikes and beach equipment outside on the ground floor and the porch was a great place for shoes and towels. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful condo right on the beach, gorgeously decorated, well equipped, and very comfortable. Convenient to everything. The deck exposure was to the east so we got to see the sunrise, but it only allowed us a small sliver of ocean view.

We planned/booked our trip within 12 hours of leaving to head down and had the best experience! Space was small, but perfect size for me, my husband, and our infant. Perfect location to be near Seaside but still away from the hustle! We were unsure about who to use for chair rentals and reached out to several companies - we ended up going with Southern Resort Beach Services and they were incredible. Highly recommend if you are in need of a chair set up!

This is a great property for a true getaway. It has been beautifully updated. We would probably rent a place with a balcony directly overlooking the water next time, though the walk to the beach is just a couple of minutes. We enjoyed the property very much !

Great location, short walk from bakery. Right on the beach with private gate. Gate had been taped open for easier access so management should probably look into that ! Condo was decorated so nice. Had everything we needed. This comfortably slept 2 people. I would not have wanted 4 people there ! Super clean with the exception of a moldy shower curtain ! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back!

Driftwood Cottage Unit 9 was so comfortable and lovely! We had a view of the Gulf, and everything we needed. It was easy to rent our beach setup for the three days we were there. The entry gate to the beach was tricky, but the management company was responsive and helpful. We plan to return for future trips!

This was the perfect getaway place for my husband and I to spend the weekend on short notice. The unit is beautifully decorated and updated. The beach was not crowded at all near this small building which makes the beach much more enjoyable. We walked many miles on my favorite white sand and the water was so blue. There were alot of people fishing and it was fun watching them pull in their many catches. We had a great time and will return as much as we can before we close on a house in the area. you do not have a fullview of the gulf since it is located on the left side of the building but when you spend all your time on the beach it just doesn't matter. We made two trips to the Blue Mountain Creamery which has fantastic flavors of ice cream. My fave was the peach but there were many more to choose from. It was a great last minute vacation away for a long weekend and was worth every dollar spent!

This property is honestly better than described! Could not be more convenient as well as lovely decorations and so so clean! I am usually extremely hesitant in staying in Any non hotel rental but this blew me away! Chairs and umbrellas on beach available to use were a huge plus for us and the walk was short enough you didn’t mind going in for a cooler restock. Will definitely be back!

It was a great place with all the amenities you would need. Quick walk to the beach and very quiet. I just didn't realize until I got there that you could rent chairs and umbrellas so I would not have brought my own. Also, the rental had its own set to use. The beach itself was very private, so it wasn't crowded at all. But the only downside was not due to the rental unit itself, but was that those persons who rented chairs/umbrellas took over the front portion of the sand and those who did not rent were relegated to the back with blocked views. :(

Awesome beach and fantastic condo! Only issue is parking. Our spot was taken the night of check in and we had no other choice but park in someone else’s spot. Well, the downstairs neighbor was notified and she knocks on our door at 9AM telling us we not only ruined her night but also the night of the people whose spot we parked in”. Needless to say, it ruined our morning simply by the way we were greeted by a local and talked down to like we had just committed the worst crime ever. We would’ve rather had been notified by the property manager of this condo immediately that night and would’ve gladly moved our car if it was that big of an issue. The neighbor did come back and apologize because she heard someone was actually parked our spot, like we told her from the beginning. Other than that, we will be coming back. But we hope there will be parking decals for cars to have inside their dashboard that way people can know for certain that is their spot and have proof of it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an awesome time at this lovely condo. It’s in the perfect location—-steps to the beach, 30a bike path, Blue Mountain Bakery, Blue Mountain Creamery, and several other great restaurants. The bed is super comfy, and the property is beautifully furnished. The only frustration was check-in. We got the code to access the property but no information on which unit it is. This led to some awkwardness of parking in someone else’s parking spot and walking around the top floor trying to identify our condo by comparing the balcony views with the ones from the VRBO listing. We also didn’t get the code to the electronic beach gate until the day after check-in via an automated email asking how our stay was going. Luckily one of the other condo occupants shared the code with us so we could go to the beach the first day we got there. It would be helpful to include the condo number and beach code in the initial check-in email to make it an easier experience for the next guests. Other than these initial hiccups, we loved staying here and would definitely book again.

Our stay at this property was a wonderful experience. The unit was fully stocked with everything needed from the kitchen to the new beach chairs and umbrella that were provided. All of the interior was spotless and nicely decorated as well as the small lounge chairs on the side porch that allow for you to sit and get a view of the ocean between the other homes on the beach. The location was fantastic. From the restaurants (Blue Mable) nearby to the bike trails you can ride for mile upon miles, it was definitely a great choice to stay at Sunseekers. I highly recommend this rental for your next couples retreat.

My family enjoyed our beach getaway. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the proper amenities. And the beach is in the front yard!!! Cozy and convenient!!

The home was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. Luckily there were two chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet because the beach set ups were sold out already for the week. I would recommend adding the number to the listing and calling when you book your stay if you want beach set up (umbrellas and chairs). We were there the week after July 4th so it was a busy week with vacationers, but the area around was all private beach access so the beach front was not crowded at all compared to a 1/2 mile down. You have a full kitchen and plenty of food options in the area.

Easy to deal with- check in & out was no hassle ... Close to the beach (they provide chairs), very clean, within walking distance of anywhere you would want to go. Bring a bike & toure good to go ... we would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this condo. It is beautifully appointed and the furniture is very comfortable. Despite construction going on, we enjoyed hanging out at the condo, the easy Walk to get ice cream and cinnamon rolls and of course, being on the beach. We will definitely return.
