Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

*Please note that there is a parking charge of $50 per stay, which covers one vehicle. Guests will receive an email to register and pay for their parking prior to arrival. Each unit is allowed up to two vehicles.

Dolphin Point on Holiday Isle is a quiet, low-rise condominium complex of three buildings offering three different, gorgeous views. Enjoy the condominium pool, tennis court, and laundry facilities at the end of each hall by the elevators. Located next to the Destin Harbor, this condominium is a wonderful getaway for boat enthusiasts and beach lovers alike with amazing views of boats going into and out of the harbor plus a short walk to the sugar white beach.

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from the gulf to harbor. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

The condo was exactly as pictured—clean, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect! Just a short walk (about 3 blocks) to the beach, and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for our family trip. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have stayed in Airbnb's in multiple cities over the last 5 years. This home by far has been the best we've ever experienced. The owners have really kept this place in excellent condition. Beautiful decor and upgrades. Very quiet corner unit with an amazing view. The staff was extremely helpful with any concerns we had. The shower was clogged so we called. The next morning a young man showed up, and in 10 mins the issue was corrected. So needless to say we're really satisfied with our experience in this home. We look forward to renting this exact same unit on our next trip to Destin.

Our stay was nice as the apartment was well appointed. We enjoyed the balcony and the kitchen had everything we needed. What was disappointing was the parking- the description stated 2 parking permits but before we checked in we received a call stating that the lot was under construction and we were only allowed one spot. They offered to keep our other car at their office but it was 10 minutes away and offered no shuttle service. This really added stress as we were not even guaranteed the one space as the lot was always full. It was a nice apartment but had I known ahead of time we would have booked another location.

Stay was amazing, just as described. We had 2 LO and they slept pretty well. Felt like a 2nd home! Lot of extra linens and towels that came in handy! Only downside was we weren’t able to rent a golf cart since this locations doesn’t allow for them so we just used uber at times.

The host were great very friendly quick response gave recommendations. That was great considering I was on a mini vacation from school so this was the best place to regenerate. Great views, very peaceful atmosphere. The easiest check in. This place was just beautifully decorated clean and the price is reasonable. I recommend and will definitely book again.
