Destiny Beach Villas #20B is the downstairs level of a two-story villa that has both Lakeside and Gulf-side balconies spanning the front and back of the home. The living area is filled with all-day natural light and offers an open, spacious concept. The living room has ample comfortable seating and includes a queen sleeper sofa. With a fully equipped kitchen you'll enjoy all the conveniences of home, perfect for preparing meals. The kitchen has an updated feel with beautiful counter tops and stainless appliances. A dining space separates the living room from the kitchen and is adjacent to the living room access to the patio overlooking Four Front Lake. With a king bed in the master, a twin over queen bunk bed, as well as an extra twin bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 8 guests. Destiny Beach Villas is a small complex of 2 story villas on Scenic Hwy 98 in Destin. Situated on Four Prong Lake and just steps away from the beach, these homes offer an ideal location for your next vacation. This prime spot is right across from the legendary Crab Trap beachside restaurant. Amenities include a sparkling community pool and outdoor grilling area. Area Attractions:

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find wind surfing, snorkeling, water-skiing and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more than 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

Come enjoy the freshest seafood, go fishing for all types of salt and freshwater fish, explore fun shops and boutiques or simply relax on breathtaking beaches.

Just 1.5 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was close to the beach and the view from back was gorgeous. Everything was clean and it smelled amazing when we walked in. The beds were comfy and the temp inside was perfect. We enjoyed feeding the turtles from the back and watching them pop their heads up looking for food.

Cute place and had everything we needed for the days we were there. The people in the neighborhood were so kind and helpful on suggestions to where to visit during our stay. The location was great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Short walk to the beach which was great! The only issues we ran into was the Internet cutting out and bath towels being placed next to a plunger in the master suite. Otherwise, it fit what we needed for a relaxing time.

I enjoyed the amenities. Though I did think for the price paid that the gold cart would be included. Also I was only told about the floor sagging outside the shower day of arrival
The area was beautiful. Beach was walkable. The use of washer and dryer and kitchen and parking made it a nice stay. I do wish there were some beach toys or chairs but I understand. Not fault of owner.

We had a wonderful, restful vacation at this villa. The villa is perfectly located across the street from the beach with easy access either by tunnel or crosswalks. The Crabtrap (excellent dining) is also across the street. Shopping and all of Destin attractions are less than 8 minute drive. Destin waters are so crystal clear and beaches are top notch. Our villa was the perfect accommodation for my husband, 4 teenagers, and myself. The lake in the back deck area was relaxing to have coffee or drinks in the evening. We needed assistance with WiFi not working when we got there and they quickly resolved the issue. We also needed washcloths and they responded promptly to that, as well. The villa looks just like the pictures. There are BBQ grills and a pool that are also conveniently located. We enjoyed our stay and I think you would too.

The location is on a quiet lake and a quick walk across the street to the beautiful beach! We loved looking at the lake from the living room and feeding the turtles. We were able to find things to do and places to eat but a book with suggestions would be a helpful resource for renters.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Fed the turtles every morning in the lake. Bring beach towels as no provided linens or towels are allowed to be taken to the beach. All in all we had a great stay!
