Welcome to Destiny Beach Villas #11B a bottom level of a two-story villa that has both Lakeside and Pool-side patios spanning the front and back of the home. The living area is filled with all-day natural light and offers an open, spacious concept. The living room has ample comfortable seating to end your evening watching a movie with your family. With fully brand-new appliances in the kitchen, you'll enjoy all the conveniences of home, perfect for preparing meals. A dining space separates the living room from the kitchen and is adjacent to the living room with access to the patio overlooking Four Front Lake. With a king bed in the master, a twin over full bunk bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests. Accessible by both bedrooms, the patio offers beautiful, unobstructed views of Four Prong Lake. Situated on Four Prong Lake and just steps away from the beach, these homes offer an ideal location for your next vacation. This prime spot is right across from the legendary Crab Trap beachside restaurant. Amenities include a sparkling community pool and outdoor grilling area. All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.
Here you will find windsurfing, snorkeling, water-skiing, and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center, and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more than 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay and the location was ideal for us. It was overlooking a beautiful lake right off our back deck and was a very short distance from the beach. The walk to the beach was so easy as the tunnel under the main road was located so close to our beach house. The house itself was perfect for us. The only issue we encountered was the bed in the second bedroom was sandy. There were fresh sheets available and we put those on, so it wasn't a big deal. RealJoy text us on the first full day there to make sure everything was in order and when I related that the sheets in one bedroom had not been changed, they promptly offer to send over housekeeping to clean and freshen the room. We did not have them do that as everything else was cleaned very well. RealJoy was available by phone or text and willing to help at all hours so I commend them on that point!We are thinking of staying at the same place next year because it was perfect!!- Reviewed On: 10/18/2025

Great spot, steps to the beach and pool. Not too busy (went in May and September). Modern enough on the interior, certain aspects of the home is eh. The renovations were done quick and things fall apart like curtains and towel rods from basic usage. But amazing views, close to other beaches and towns it’s a great spot. Very nice condo! Could have used some floor mats at the doors to prevent sand from being dragged throughout the condo and constantly having to sweep. Location to the beach was nice and pool was out the front door. The beach access can get crowded though and trying to drive through can get frustrating if you did t want to walk all of your stuff across the road.
