Welcome to Destiny Beach Villas #11A a top level of a two-story villa that has both Lakeside and Pool-side balconies spanning the front and back of the home. Stroll right across the street to the public beach access or take a dip in the gated community pool just a few steps away! Enjoy the sunset over the lake with a beverage of choice on your private balcony after a fun day in the sun. The kitchen has an updated feel with beautiful countertops and brand-new stainless appliances. Large windows surround the dining area, providing a sunny spot to enjoy home-cooked meals. With a king bed in the master, a double bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the private balcony that overlooks the lake. Destiny Beach Villas is a small complex of 2 story villas on Scenic Hwy 98 in Destin. Situated on Four Prong Lake and just steps away from the beach, these homes offer an ideal location for your next vacation. This prime spot is right across from the legendary Crab Trap beachside restaurant. Amenities include a sparkling community pool and outdoor grilling area. All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: choice of watersports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping. One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages and more fun to be found in Destin.

Here you will find windsurfing, snorkeling, water-skiing, and parasailing offered all along the Gulf. Nearby attractions include a Big Kahuna's Waterpark, The Track Family Fun Center, and an array of watersports available at Destin Harbor. Of course, you'll want to savor the unique and delicious flavors of the freshest seafood available at any of Destin's more than 100 eateries! Restaurants here range from casual oyster bars to elegant bistros serving culinary delights guaranteed to please your palate.

Come enjoy the freshest seafood, go fishing for all types of salt and freshwater fish, explore fun shops and boutiques, or simply relax on breathtaking beaches.

Just 1.5 miles away is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, and AMC Movie.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Fantastic location in peaceful area, just 5 min walk to the beach. Pool area was super clean. Bathrooms in the condo are quite outdated but I still would choose to stay there because of the location.

The accommodations were wonderful and the location was great. Overlooking the pool in the front and the lake in the back was ideal as we could watch our older kids while they swam or enjoy the peaceful lake view with turtles and fish swimming by - even saw a rainbow reflecting in the water. Beach access was a short walk from the unit and the little tunnel was convenient for avoiding the traffic encountered while crossing the street. The beach was nice, crowded at times but not too bad. Bring extra trash bags, toilet paper and standard coffee filters/ground coffee for your stay if it’s more than a couple days long. We stayed a week with 5 people and ran out of sanitary supplies by the second day. RealJoy called to check in and see if we needed anything but we had already restocked necessities. There is a hair dryer in the unit also, which I don’t think is listed in the amenities. The Crab Trap has great food (a little pricey) but is an easy short walk from the condo, and has a walk up bar on the beach. Overall it was a very pleasant and convenient place to stay and we enjoyed our trip very much.

The short walk to the beach was fantastic. Location couldn’t have been any better. Love sitting outback and watching the turtles in the morning. The king size bed in the master bedroom the mattress topper was incredibly comfortable. Pool was well kept. Despite being right in front of the pool we didn’t really hear any noise from other rentals enjoying it. Being right in front of the pool was perfect for us with teenage children as I could watch them from inside or out on the deck. Loved having a washer and dryer a must for beach and pool days.

We stayed there last week. It was an easy walking distance to the beach which was nice so you didn’t have to worry about parking. The condo was nice and clean and had a beautiful view in the front which you could see a slice of ocean from the front balcony and the back balcony was over a beautiful little lake with lots of turtles in it which the kids loved to look at. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to be able to have some cook in dinners. The pool at the condo was nice. It was a little warmer in the pool than we would have liked but surely that can’t be helped and that’s probably the only thing I’d change! I would definitely recommend and stay here again for sure; it was the perfect space for my family of 2 parents and 3 children.

We had a great time at this place. It was great having the community pool in front of the apartment for the kids. Easy walk across the street right to the beach. Less than 2 minutes for us. Multiple access points along James Lee Beach. Great views from the balcony to the front and to the lake behind the villas. Would come back to these villas again!

Everything was perfect! Great communication. The walk to the beach was nothing ! If you don’t want to cross the street you can take take the tunnel underneath (which we did when we toted our beach cart). I loved sitting on the back balcony and watching the turtles swim in the lagoon . The tree frogs serenaded us at night . The amenities were amazing! Great bike/walking path. Lots to see and do in the area. Pool was nice and clean. Don’t pass on this one!

We go to Destin about four times a year. This is the first time that we stayed here. Beautiful place. Very peaceful. The pictures look identical to the place. The beaches literally 50 steps from the condo. Would recommend this to anybody. We will definitely rent again.

Thank you for a such wonderful experience! The villa was just perfect for us! It was modern, clean both inside and out. It came with everything we needed to cook like we were at home. We were also to get in before 4pm. The swimming pool is conveniently located in front of the villa, the back overlooks the lake and the view is amazing! My highlight was the short distance to the beach!! Everyone was so kind, quick to respond and accommodating to whatever we needed. When we come back we are definitely booking again!! I wanna give a shout out to the inspector that did our villa! Super kind and helpful!
