Destin's Siren Song is a fabulous 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Villages of Crystal Beach! Conveniently located in a neighborhood of about 900 yds from Crystal Beach, this home features two master bedrooms, two living areas, and two balconies with stunning views of the neighborhood Lagoon Pool waterfall. This vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. It features a king master suite on the first floor, another king master suite, a bunk room with two twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and a twin rollaway bed on the second floor. Additionally, there are two guest rooms with queen beds and a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed on the third floor. Hop on the neighborhood's complimentary seasonal trolley service and head to the beach or relax on the balcony overlooking the community pool! Snowbird Season runs November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

HOA-provided Trolley Schedule 2025: March 1-April 26, 2025; Memorial Day weekend through Oct. 31.

Villages of Crystal Beach is an exclusive, gated community only a few blocks from the beautiful blue waters and white sandy beaches of Destin. You can make the walk on foot or hop on the free seasonal trolley service (Memorial Day through Labor Day): they will even pick you up at the house and drop you off right at the beach! The pool area at Villages of Crystal Beach is a vacation must! The lagoon style zero entry pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clear water. There is a spa, tropical landscaping, and plenty of seating areas. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a grilling area to help you relax and unwind.

Please note that there are parking restrictions within the Villages of Crystal Beach. There are two parking spaces available in the driveway of the home. Trailers, RV's, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items.

Area Attractions
There are wonderful shops and restaurants close by and great attractions such as golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, boating, fishing, and water-sports!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Stay at Sirens Song in Destin. Pool was right across the street and open until 10 pm. The location was excellent and there were lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. There were only 4 of us and the house could accommodate 16 people! Perfect for a large family. We Love Destin and plan to vavay there again soon!

I would only like to add that 16 people is a lot for just 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels! 😊 we enjoyed the house and how quickly the leak under the sink was fixed! Would definitely stay there again!

We traveled for a graduation celebration with family (kids and adults). Everyone loved the home! It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Starter supplies were left at the home but we ended up running out of toilet paper. The customer service is phenomenal! They called to check on us once we were settled. They even stopped by to bring us bags of ice since the ice maker went out. The pool is right across the street. There are a few extra parking spaces (free) directly across from the home. Once we lost a free space we figured we could park three SUVs in the driveway side by side. It worked. The ice cream truck stopped in the neighborhood. There is a free beach shuttle that comes to the neighborhood. The shopping center and beach were a short drive. Beach toys, coolers, chairs, umbrellas are on the property for use. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely be back to vacation again. Thank you for hosting us!

Exceptional

We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect house for a large group. The staff responded quickly with any questions. The house was clean and had plenty of bath linens and kitchen necessities. We liked that the pool was right outside. I would definitely love to return in the future. Walking to the beach with small children and all the beach stuff wasn't always easy, so we ended up having to drive. Despite that, we enjoyed the location being close to the pool.

Loved our stay honestly we weren't ready to go back home. There's a public beach with free parking about a 5 min drive, lots of restaurants nearby. Our internet went out but realjoy was quick to bring us a Hotspot so we could watch movies at night. We look forward to staying at one of their locations again.
