Relax on one of two wraparound porches while enjoying views of the Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. The first floor offers a spacious kitchen, living room, guest room with a king bed and en suite bathroom, and an open queen bedroom with privacy screen (no door for this bedroom). The balcony on the first floor includes a wet bar and plenty of seating. Stroll upstairs to the second floor to find a beautiful kitchen, living room with a decorative fireplace, half bath and remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom offers amazing views, king bed, en suite bathroom with dual vanities, balcony access, and office space. The two additional guest rooms offer full beds, en suite bathrooms, and balcony accesses. The second-floor balcony includes a charcoal grill, a Green Egg, and plenty of space to soak up the sunshine. Guests can bring personal paddle boards or kayaks and launch directly from the dock or enjoy cruising Holiday Isle with 2 available bikes at the home. This property was great for our large family vacation. The décor is not the most modern or updated but this house has everything you need. There are two kitchens both well equipped with all the utensils you will need, making this a great place for families that plan to cook during their stay. There was enough space for everyone, never felt crowded. The 1st floor can be completely private from the 2nd-floor living space. Every private bedroom had its private bathroom. The indoor living and dining areas on the 2nd floor were very spacious. The deck and outdoor space were wonderful to enjoy - lots of seating options. We made use of the outdoor grill a couple of times. Our Thursday evening, we watched the Harborwalk fireworks show from the deck. The house location is very peaceful and quiet at night, and close enough to everything in Destin. The check-in process was seamless with RealJoy host – no issues. Great property great location
