Come see why Pelican #308 is the place to be! This is a spacious 1BR/2BA condo at the complex within Destin West Beach and Bay Resort. The unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a hall twin over a twin bunk bed, and a living room sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the 3rd floor balcony while you take in the relaxing views of the Gulf. When you're not enjoying a day at the beach, relax by the 5000 sq ft lazy river pool. Come see why Pelican #308 is a family favorite.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee.

At Destin West, you can enjoy extreme water fun in the 5000-square-foot pool with a kiddie area, a 700-foot Lazy River, a heated pool with a waterfall, or one of two hot tubs. The Heron building boasts its own bayside pool that is heated year-round! Enjoy your view of the Choctawhatchee Bay, while the kids enjoy the lazy river. Cross over the sky bridge to the Gulf beaches without worrying about traffic. Charcoal grills and picnic tables on both the bayside and beachside make grilling out inviting and fun. Destin West guests can also enjoy access to the pools, bars, and restaurants located at the Island Beach Resort at Destin West beachside with the purchase of day passes. Destin West guests must go to the Island Beach Resort front desk for passes. Day passes are $25/person per day.

Welcome to The Boardwalk! We are located directly on The Gulf of Mexico, on the beaches of beautiful Okaloosa Island! The Boardwalk is your one-stop destination for fun, day and night! Relax on the beaches of The Gulf of Mexico while sipping a frozen concoction prepared at our outdoor bar upstairs at The Crab Trap, stroll the boardwalk and visit Islanders Coastal Outfitters for new beach attire, or grab a frozen snack from Pino Gelato. When day turns to night, Al’s Beach Club is our premier club and burger bar. Hungry? We've got that covered as well! Grab some fresh from the Gulf seafood from any of our great beachfront restaurants located directly on The Boardwalk!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The host was responsive. The Airbnb was as its described on the listing. My kids enjoyed the multiple pools on the property,. We all enjoyed the easy access to the beach, it was just a short walk away using the sky bridge. The Airbnb also had a wagon, umbrella and beach chair which was nice to haul to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of four. We would come back!

Great stay at Destin West. Unit was immaculate, well-appointed and exactly as described. Communication with host was seamless. They were very proactive and responsive. Since this was our first time in the area, we used the list of recommended restaurants and activities that were sent prior to check-in all throughout our stay!! This was our first time using AirBnb && We Absolutely Loved our stay. It’s very convenient to Everything including Destin. The Kids Favorite was the Lazy river. Very Peaceful view from the balcony. Plenty of Towels.
Stewby’s && the Ice Cream Parlor beside it is a Must.
Wild Willys is also a hit && it’s right beside the resort if you’re up for PutPut.
Also a Reminder - this is a Smoke Free Facility so you have to go to the parking lot if you’re a smoker.
I Personally still enjoyed Every Second of it.
Would Highly Recommend.

Pelican 308 was amazing! Perfect location in the complex. Easy access to the pool and lazy river river areas. The kiddo had a blast! End unit, so no people, walking or luggage noise in the main entry walkways. Will definitely rent again!

Loved this unit. It was modern looking, the location was great for us because the eateries were down the street. The unit overlooked the pool which was great. The furniture in and outside was nice and durable. The kids loved the bunk bed so we’ll prob a my have to buy one now. ?. Our unit was very clean and up to date. The pool area was wonderful even with the colder temps. We loved the walking bridge access to the beach as well. Overall, a great condo and resort.
