Destin on the Gulf 402

Beach view was spectacular and location was excellent! If you have never been to Destin, you need to go and experience this beach! Overall was a very enjoyable stay. Beds were comfortable and there were chairs and other beach stuff to use. There are some issues with the primary bathroom shower. Aside from being almost too weak to shower, there was something dark in the shower wall mechanism that I am hoping is built up mineral deposits. Because it is hard to tell what it is, the overall effect is negative and off putting. The cleaners did an excellent job, so any issues are for a handyman to fix by replacing that shower fixture. Fortunately, the beach and view are so amazing that almost nothing could keep this from being rated a 5 star property. I would come again, even with the shower.

Fantastic view of the ocean, fully supplied kitchen for cooking-in. Nice bonus was having beach, chairs and umbrellas available at no expense. Agents were available every day for any questions. Very comfortable mattress. Really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for one week during our spring break. We loved it! Check in was easy. They gave us a code to get it. Once we arrived, we were welcomed by soft music playing on the TVs, as well as lamp lighting for a relaxing entrance. The layout of the condo was great - we had our room with attached bathroom, including the amazing ocean view. The kids had their own space and bathroom. This condo gave us a good mix of alone time, as well as family time. We did a grocery pick up when we arrived, so most of our meals were made at the condo. We did go out for a few meals, but it is a very congested, touristy area, so we didn't love getting out on the busy road to eat out. We did find that there were a few close restaurants straight through the main light that were easier to access. The beach was not crowded, and our unit included 2 chairs and umbrella daily. There is a bathroom by the pool, which was handy when we used both the beach and the pool. We loved the condo, loved the beach and pool being right there, and would definitely come back!

the host was super responsive. communication started immediately. she was quick to respond when I let her know of a few things we noticed. there is a washer and dryer unit on each floor that is $2.25 to run each. the beach was super nice- very short but clear walk on their boardwalk. We loved our stay! The location was great your about 10-15 mins from Harbor Walk depending on traffic and about 7-10 mins from Walmart or Publix and Winn Dixie are just down the street. The chair service was great we had no issues getting chairs daily. We did just go down at 8a when they opened and reserved the chairs and came down when we were ready. You get 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. There is also extra chairs and sand toys in the closet which was great. The kitchen is stocked well and we were able to cook meals with what kitchen items the condo supplied. The washer and dryer were convenient since it’s super close to the condo. Just a few doors down. It does take a really long time to dry but none the less it got the job done. Communication with real joy was great and they were very responsive with any questions or concerns that we had. Overall we will be staying here again in the future!

This condo was so pretty and just like the online photos!!!! The view in the morning is amazing! The beds were so comfortable. I didnt take any photos of the rooms because we were having so much fun on the beach. We went for fall break so the beach was nice and calm, not crowded like other times of the year. This is going to be where we come every year from now on. If you are coming as a family, they have beach toys you can use for your kids and yourself lol. The pool is decent sized and they clean it every morning. The walk to the beach is literally right out the back of the building. Beach service with chairs and umbrellas is great, they even have paddleboards. Book this condo, you wont regret it at all. Make some memories to last forever. Nothing

This was a nice condo and would stay here again. The only downside we can really say was the master shower had low pressure and the faucet had just as much water coming out of it as the shower head did. Made it a little hard to rinse off completely. Especially if you got sand in your hair (per the girls). Listing states beach umbrella and chairs are provided but unless you get down there early you won't have any or if there are some extras available you will be set behind all the others, obstructing your view. Overall if the shower was updated/maintained it would of made it perfect.

Enjoyed our stay at this oceanfront condo. It was right down the street from our friends who live on Holiday Ise. We were able to walk to all of the week's wedding festivities at their home. The condo has magnificent views of the Gul, white sand beach, and pool. it was very clean, well-stocked for cooking, and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores are a couple of minute ride away as is the Destin Harbor and all the wonderful water view restaurants like Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House.
Couple of minor issues are the front door sticks so you have pull it closed and it's a bit tough to open. It would be great to have a blow dryer in each of the bathrooms, so the gals did not have to share the one.

This AIR BNB was such a great decision for myself and my family. We had a great time: beautiful beach view, pool is right downstairs, many great restaurants close by, and details of what can be found at the apartment given ahead of time which is very helpful. You get parking passes for your car(s) and two beach chairs + an umbrella included. The only downside for us was the check out time. Check out is at 10 am so plan ahead if your flight is later on your check out day! Late check out may not be avaialble if the place is booked following your checkout. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Thank you!

Very clean and gorgeous views. Great to have two bathrooms and large bedrooms. Pool area was nice and beaches were very clean also. There is a full working kitchen so no need to bring dishes, but would recommend bringing extra towels/ kitchen cleaning supplies if you are a larger group who plans on cooking a decent amount while there

I would give the view and location 10 stars if I could! The agency that handles the property were great! The beach is right there, and it included a set up of two beach chairs and one umbrella on the beach each day. The condo was even bigger than I expected and was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans etc.
No foil, wraps, bags, seasonings or condiments of any kind though, so bring whatever you need.

This property is located in Holiday Isle which turned out to be the perfect place! Beaches weren’t too crowded, beach chair service was great, and the condo was beautifully decorated and redone. Did have a couple minor issues with spills/marks on walls from previous tenants and a frying pan put away still somewhat dirty. Contacted the property manager and they immediately responded to notify the cleaning crew. All in all, I would stay here again. The condo was spacious, wonderfully decorated and the beach area was beautiful!

This was a fantastic experience. My kids are already hoping to go back next summer! My only wish is there would be an in-house washer and dryer instead of community use. I certainly could’ve used that with the mound of laundry I had lol!! It still doesn’t beat the amazing views, location, and perfectly decorated condo! Thanks again!

Super cute, spacious and clean condo with a great view of the beach. Easy access to the beach too! The condo had extra towels, lots of beach toys and an extra beach chair in the room. Enjoyed our stay!
