I loved the house, the location, the bikes and the boogie boards. I saw other reviews that complained about the lack of beach towels, so we bought some cheap ones from Publix on our way to the property. However, I did find 2 nice ones and a beach bag in a closet by the washer and dryer. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are more run down than they appear in the photos. My other suggestion would be to have one king bed in the property because it can be hard to sleep with a big husband in a queen. Otherwise, great stay, great location, and Realjoy was responsive to our only issue, which was trying to figure out how to lock the door.

LOCATION!! This house is located close to everything. My kids really enjoyed walking and riding bikes to dinner and to the beach. I am giving this house a 3 star because the house is very outdated and not as clean as I expected it to be compared to past rentals. The kitchen and everything in it was very dirty. Biggest complaint is that while my son was showering the shower head fell on him causing him a huge cut on his nose. I reached out and sent pictures of the incident and never heard back from anyone. In my opinion the house needs some TLC.. also, for anyone booking soon I recommend having extra toilet paper, dishwashing powder, and trash bags. Also recommend paper plates and plastic cups..

Beautiful for a getaway. Everything is within walking distance and a car isn’t really necessary. The beach is beautiful and just a short walk. We rented chairs for a few days, which I would do in advance next time! We really enjoyed our stay .

The location was great. The house was good and clean. I feel like for the price a few more things should be included. Beach towels and chairs aren’t super expensive to keep and it would have been nice to have(especially in a beach town). But overall our family of 6 was very comfortable in the space. We used the bikes multiple times a day, it was the kids fav thing to do in the evenings. Would stay again!

Everything is so close and the bikes definitely helped being able to bike or walk everywhere. The private beach access is right across the street which was nice. The house itself was very cozy and roomy for the 8 of us!

We loved staying at 43 Sand Flea! Everything worked, it was bright and airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable! We really appreciated all of the hanging hooks around the inside and outside of the home. Felt right at home during our beach vacation while 667 miles away from our actual home. The location between Alys Beach and Rosemary was great. We got to enjoy a lot of 30A!

Wonderful house! Had everything we needed and more. Management company was awesome. Loved biking around the areas. Easy walk to beach and pool!!! one review said no beach towels but they did have them there (maybe it was a Covid thing?) also had some sand toys for my little! Everything was perfect! Definitely would go back. If you go eat at George’s in Alys Beach - wow delicious.

This was the perfect house and location for a long girl's weekend. The pool was fantastic and the location is 2 blocks from beach access. It was also very central to the other beaches within 30A. I would definitely stay here again.
My only suggestions for the rental company are to have an earlier check in and to have extra blankets in the bedrooms.

A new favorite place. We’re a family of five. Our oldest daughter just graduated and this beautiful home was plenty of space for us all. The graduate stayed on the third level and absolutely loved her own space and bathroom.
One review stated the master bed was hard and they could feel the boards through the mattress. I’m 6’ / 210 lbs. and I slept great - very comfortable bed.
The pictures online are an accurate depiction of just how nice this house is.
Kitchen is well stocked and we did cook quite a lot. Only thing missing was an oven mitt.
The four bikes that come with the property were used every day. I did have to rent one for myself for the week but no big deal, better than renting five. Biking through the neighborhood and on 30A gave us something better to do than watch TV.
One negative. We were there the week before Memorial Day. We walked the 350 yards to the Seacreast Beach access. What a shock! I’ve never seen so many people crammed into one spot in the beach. Four rows of umbrellas you have to rent and all of them were taken.
We set up behind them and couldn’t see the water. We left after 30 minutes and went to the pool which was crowded but big enough for everyone. The next day we found a public beach access that wasn’t near as crowded. That became our beach spot for the week.

We truly enjoyed our Mother’s Day getaway!! Everything was AMAZING! The house was spectacular from the first floor to the rooftop! The beds were so comfortable! The patios were beautiful! The location is perfect! Everything is in walking distance from the beach, pool, shoppes and restaurants! We were provided (4) bikes and rode through the community. Panama City was only a 20 minute drive! Will definitely be returning to this house! I truly believe this was the best house on the block!

We had a “workaction” for 4 couples for the week. Though the house was a bit cramped for that many people and the upstairs loft area wasn’t ideal since it didn’t have a door, we were able to manage. The porch was a nice additional area to work from during the day though there’s a lot of activity going on in the street. But good amenities, very clean, accurate descriptions, and a great location. We would do it again and rent this house.

Overall this property was lovely. 4 bikes were included which was nice. They company that managed the rental was very easy to work with and provided excellent communication. The only thing is that the 3rd floor bedroom would tend to be warm, some extra box fans up there would have helped that situation. Overall the property is nice.

We had a girls trip and stayed in Daze gone by for 4 nights. The place was clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. They answered our concerns immediately. The only bad thing was the uncomfortable beds. 6 out of our group of 8 had back pain from the beds. All of us are young (ages 26-34) and don’t have back pains on a regular basis. However, I highly recommend this property.

First time we booked a VRBO in this area. The property was very clean and exactly as the listing described. After the 2nd day at the property, we extended our 5 day trip to 7 days. Beds were very comfortable, internet was stable, cable included all channels that we wanted. Kitchen was perfect for our needs. The outdoor seating areas were really nice with a fireplace in one of the outdoor areas. Walk to the beach with 2 small children was easy (< 5 min walk with a 4 and 7 year old). Only negative was the speeding ticket I received driving home through Alabama. Don't speed in Alabama. Looking forward to staying here again

Overall experience was fantastic! The housekeepers were still cleaning when we arrived at check in time, which was fine...but they did a poor job cleaning. The dust on the fans was impressive!
