Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. When you head back from the beach, you will want to come home to Day is Done! This 3BR/3.5BA, NEW rental home is in the Cypress Dunes community, just off Hwy 30A. Day is Done has a bright, breezy feel with gorgeous hardwood flooring and beautiful french doors welcoming you to the spacious porch and balcony. The main living area is on the second floor and has high vaulted ceilings in an open floor concept and a gas fireplace. Create a home cooked meal in the professional-grade kitchen with lavish quartz countertops. With a king bed in the Master Suite, a king bed in the 1st guest room, and a queen bed w/ twin trundle in the 2nd guest room, this lovely beach home sleeps 7 guests comfortably- all bedrooms have en suite baths. Enjoy the sparkling community pool, get some fun exercise at the tennis courts, or take a leisurely stroll through the nature trails.  Make Day is Done your next place to relax and unwind!

Along the west of 30A, just east of Miramar Beach, you’ll find the luxury gated community that is Cypress Dunes. Here begins the 18 mile bike path that stretches all the way to Rosemary Beach. You will love neighborhood amenities here that include gulf views from the infinity edged swimming pool (seasonally heated for spring and fall school breaks and the holidays), outdoor fireplace, large hot tub, fitness center, and a second-level sundeck overlooking the Gulf and Coastal Dunes Lake. Stroll along the wooden boardwalk and nature trails, have a picnic on the expansive recreational lawn area or get your game on at the tennis courts. For luxury and convenience, Cypress Dunes truly has something for everyone!

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cyoress Dunes. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, from kitchen items to beach chairs. RealJoy was very easy to reach out to any time we had a question. We plan to book again in the near future! The o my suggestion I have would be to invest in a Roku stick for a few of the bedrooms tvs to provide more viewing options.

Great place! Plenty of room for our family of 6 and we loved the big back porch. A little off the beaten path but we really enjoyed the peaceful vibe. 4 bikes are included and we loved cruising the neighborhood and just a couple miles to nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants. Kids loved exploring the cypress dunes throughout the neighborhood as well. The infinity pool with views of the gulf is magical!

We had the best time! The home was just beautiful and location was awesome. Home was stocked well with towels and kitchen utensils. Beds were super comfy! Balconies made for lovely mornings with coffee.
Of note, there were homes being built on either side of the home which honestly didn’t affect us much since we were at the beach most of the time but a heads up would have been good. No beach towels provided so don’t forget to pack those! Trundle bedding was missing but I’m sure if I had called they would have sent over. All in all we would absolutely stay here again! The neighborhood was lovely and the pools are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

House is beautifully kept! The beach is about a 6/7 minute car ride. Plan in advance for a golf cart, they were all booked for our trip. (No fault of the hosts, just adding tips.) There is a great BBQ restaurant 3 minutes away! Neighborhood pool is very beautiful, and a quick walk! We loved the house and can check 30A off our bucket list!

This was a great house! What I loved is that they had all kinds of beach things (chairs,toys,etc.) which is one less thing for us too bring. It was very spacious, clean and had just about everything in the house you could possibly need. The house is not on the beach and does not have a beach access, but we had to drive literally 1 minute down the road so it was not bad at all but parking is limited. If you do not have young children/babies (we had a toddler) you could easily walk there. We loved it and will be back!

Our family loved our stay at this property. The home feels spacious, airy, and has plenty of windows to let in that FL sunshine! The large porches allow for a great indoor/outdoor experience. The neighborhood felt private and the community amenities (pool/gym) were accessible, clean, and fun for the family. Access/Entry instructions were clear per information made available via the Guest Portal. Although not right on the beach, it is only a short drive (a few minutes) from the property and we were able to find parking, beach access, and plenty of space on the beautiful white sandy beaches - even over Memorial Day weekend.

Beautiful home! Decor and furnishings were perfect! Spent a lot of time swinging on the porch as well as taking advantage of the amenities provided by the complex such as the infinity pool and work out room. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Host was quick to respond to questions upon checking in. I would maybe suggest that a combo lock be put on the outside doors so you can gain access to the house that way instead of going through the garage door each time but that is just a personal preference and nothing against the home itself. I would definitely recommend this place!

The home is gorgeous! There is no beach access from the community but the public beach is close - go early because parking is limited. Topsail state park is close and have beautiful beaches. You’ll have to take a tram from parking there so it takes some planning but worth it! The house has everything you need for a great vacation!

The subdivision is gorgeous. So jealous of the owners. It’s like stepping into a beach lovers dream. The pool was a must go everyday for my family. The Dune Allen beach was just a short drive down 30a. We ate at Stinky’s, Fat Daddy’s, and Bayou Bill’s and all were delicious.
