We absolutely love this condo. It was so nice walking out the door and being right on the beach. It’s also a private beach so it’s not crowded like other areas. The beach chairs and umbrella were so nice too. We saw swarms of dolphins every morning. It was such an amazing vacation and we will be back. The condo was clean and I have zero complaints.

The location of this villa is unbeatable with beach access right out the back door. Chair service on the beach makes the stay even more enjoyable. It was very clean inside, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bunk beds were great for our two young children. The overall property at Crystal Villas could use some updating, but interiorly, this specific villa was wonderful. Devin was great to work with. We would stay here again!

We had an Amazing trip. Best beach trip we’ve ever had. Weather was perfect, condo was perfect, location was perfect! We were very impressed with the condo. One of my daughters said she never wanted to stay anywhere else. Loved that the beach wasn’t crowded, loved the beach chair setup, loved the patio ‘right on the beach’, loved the kitchen and loved the bathroom setup (genius). RealJoy was great to work with. We loved this condo & location! It has obviously been updated and renovated and felt very new, modern and bright! AC stayed cold, never had to adjust it. The beds were super comfortable (my husband and I joked that we should have looked at the mattress label before we left)! It’s beachfront- a short walk to the stairs and down to the chairs/umbrellas (much shorter walk than other facilities we’ve stayed at) due to its proximity to the ocean! 10/10 would recommend - we can’t wait to book it again!!

What a fabulous condo, it was everything it promised. The view was spectacular from the porch and couch in the den. The beach had easy access and the chairs were provided everyday from 8:30 to 5pm. We were close to wonderful restaurants and quick access to the grocery store. If you need to relax and enjoy the peace of the ocean you can’t go wrong staying here. Serenity!!

This condo was absolutely perfect for my little family of four. The location of the property was amazing. It was literally just a few steps out the back/front door to reach the beach or the pool (and the view was phenomenal from the back door). Although we didn’t cook much here, it does seem to be pretty stocked with all your essential items. Property management was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. My family absolutely LOVED this place. It was neat, clean and the location couldn’t be any better. Our kids loved being able to run right out to the beach everyday. My family and I had an amazing vacation here!! Honestly from the reviews we were a little skeptical but I realized those were old reviews from last year and since then the place has be fully remodeled and it’s beautiful!! It was so clean and brand new! I loved how the backyard was the beach, that was the best part! We love to cook everyday when we stay at airbnbs and this kitchen was fully stocked which was great. My husband and I couldn’t believe how lovely this place was, we definitely will be booking here again and again because it’s that good!!

Location was literally steps from the beach. All comforts from home supplied. Casual and relaxing. When needed contact with Realjoy was beyond, they really kept in touch and addsd nice finishes ( bottle of wine!) We really enjoyed our trip!

This villa was a perfect proximity to the beach, maybe about 10 steps away. We really enjoyed mornings and afternoons on the patio. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella was included and Zack the beach guy was great. Short walk to 2 really nice caffès and only a half mile from the main highway. Super close to the Destin Commons if you like shopping and close to the bowling alley.

We have stayed at this property before, but this is the first time we have stayed on the ground floor. That being said, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We were so close to the shoreline, it was fantastic! We loved it. It is an older property, but has been kept up pretty well. I highly recommend they fix the sliding glass doors, leading to the patio/beach. We inadvertently were locked out one chilly night. The property managers were very quick to rectify the situation. We definitely plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay in Destin at this property. It was really nice to be right on the beach and really be able to relax. We stayed right in the middle of spring break, and while there were families staying near the property, it wasn't loud with a bunch of spring break parties. The property is very clean and the management company stayed in contact with us leading up to our arrival. The umbrella and chair fee is $30/day whether you use the equipment or not, but it seems that all of the properties in that area seem to do the same thing. Also, helicopter rides go up and down the beach every day, so that might be a factor, but it didn't bother us.

This Unit was conveniently located for beach and pool use. A few items that the owner needs to be aware of: •Unit was not vacuumed prior to our arrival (debris was found on the floors and rugs, including two screws and a small piece of splintered lumber). •No key to lock/unlock rear sliding door from beach-side. •No coffee filters and/or basket for coffee machine. •The interior door between the kitchen and hallway had knobs, but no latch hardware. It was impossible for the door to stay shut.

I booked this condo for Memorial Weekend a few months back for my wife and I for a long weekend getaway. The description was exactly what we got. Walk out the patio and onto the beach. The beach is a private beach exclusive to just Crystal Villas. Clean unit, plenty of room for just us. Crystal Villas is also located on a great part of beach drive convenient to restaurants and shopping. The inclusion of the beach chairs/umbrella into the package was nice as they set it up where ever you wanted. With the exception of the storm moving in and the water being pretty rough, the place itself was what we expected and will highly recommend it to people we know!

The location of A3 was great! Just walk out the door and your feet are touching the white sand! I have stayed at Crystal Villas three times (different condos), and it seems to be my favorite place to stay. Wish I could stay forever! There were a few very minor things that needed a small repair, but the condo itself was great!

The location of this place is great, can't be beat, ON the beach and very convenient with a small child. Our family enjoyed the condo very much and would return. Just noted minor inconveniences- beds not very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, but lacked a wine bottle opener. Also, there is no recycling in the building, so unfortunately everything goes in the trash, hopefully the owners can look into this. Despite this- we would return just because of the location of this property.

This place was laid back, comfortable, and simple. Nothing fancy- just very easy going and has everything you may need included in unit 3A. The location is ideal! You have your own private area on the beach with 2 chairs included in your stay (amazing!) The patio is the reason we chose this unit- first floor with short, easy walk to the beach. The view is breath taking. I recommend if you are looking for an easy going, relaxing spot.

This condo is all about location! From the back patio, you are sitting on the beach in less than 1 minute. Grocery stores in less than 5 minutes. Washer/Drier, pool and beach access, parking lot, etc are all very convenient. Door codes are nice and not having to have a key to enter.

There was nothing we didn't like about this condo. Swimming pool right outside the front door, ocean out the back. No one was in the condo next to us so literally no one walked passed our condo!! Nice grassy area to put our blanket down and have a glass of wine. Little things: Another adirondack chair would have been great, safety rail on the upper bunk, and a few pluses would have been a Keurig and some beach towels......

My family and I couldn't have asked for more. This place was perfect for my family. The condo was very clean and cozy. My family of four had no problems living here for 5 days. The overall atmosphere of Crystal Villas was an amazing family atmosphere which is perfect when you are traveling with young kids. The most amazing part of this condo is the patio and the views. Not to mention that the walk may be 50ft. It was perfect. we could make it from the beach to get a drink and back in less than 5 min. Perfection! I could go on but I won't. Thank you for renting us this condo. We definitely be back next year!!!
