We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. Weather was great, Big waves were fun for everyone! Toaster was not working and management had a brand new one over in no time! They were checking in daily to make sure everything was going okay. I appreciate they were just a text away and responded quickly.

Oh my, this was the perfect property for our huge party group! It was very nice & clean, updated, all working appliances and A/C perfect. We could’ve used a couple more parking spaces for the caterer & DJ once they arrived.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 teens had a great time here, despite some cold and windy weather. Excellent location right on the beautiful beach (nicest sand I’ve ever seen!) and plenty of space for everyone in our group. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Destin.

My cousin and our friend had a great stay at Crystal Breeze. The location was excellent- 5 minutes to Destin Commons and Publix, 30 minutes from VPS, and on the most beautiful stretch of the beach. The property is spacious, but not overwhelming. There’s plenty of room to spread out, including the 3 great balconies. No one was in the adjoining sister property which meant we had no neighbor noise, so cannot speak to soundproof. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need. Our friend is a chef, and he had no complaints. I texted to confirm the availability of a Dutch oven (no) and a blender (yes). The communication with the property manager was outstanding. They responded promptly and professionally to my questions and emailed/texted throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. The only question we had on-site was about the cable/remotes, and the property manager came on site to show us how to use the TVs etc. Note the property does not have screens in the doors or windows, so keeping the doors or windows open would mean potentially letting in bugs etc. I slept with the door cracked to hear the ocean waves and had no problems, but I had the top floor suite. Doing so on the 1st floor suite would be difficult, as people walking along the beach would have easy access. However, the access from that suite to the beach was perfect and the shower to wash off the sand located on that balcony was great! We’d go back tomorrow and miss it already!

Completely enjoyed our stay at Crystal Breeze. The home is exactly as described and it was in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. We had an air conditioning issue on a Saturday morning and they had someone out to fix it within a couple hours. I don't have one complaint, and I thank the owners for taking such pride in their rental!

We stayed here for a family vacation and the house was fantastic. It was clean, with the exception of sand in one of the beds, and was in the perfect location. The walk to the beach was literally out the back patio, and the views were breathtaking. We could even see dolphins playing not far off shore in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend this place and the management company!

We loved this house. Beach access with a deck on every floor and bathrooms for every bedroom was a game changer. However, parking was tight and the garage was very small. Just be prepared for that. I would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful view, right in front of Barracuda public beach access, on both sides of the home are private beach areas. There is a company that sets up chairs and umbrellas. They said we got two chairs and an umbrella since staying in townhouse. Great size townhouse, 3 masters, a bunk room that has 8 twin beds and a pull out couch. It is important to bring any essentials if you plan on cooking, (salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters) We didn’t go out to eat but there were so many places that looked wonderful to eat and easy access to. The beach was pristine, the views from the balconies where out of this world.

All the big things about this place are great. It is located on a beautiful beachfront in a nice section of Destin. The house is well-equipped, clean, updated. Really there is nothing to complain about!! There were small details--like no potholders, old teflon pans, things that are an easy fix that would make the rental near perfect! The home is located near a public beach access and was busy for February--I can't imagine how busy it would be during the summer. We had 11 people with us and the living room only had room for 6 or so (two chairs, one couch). That was a problem when we all wanted to be together. The table did sit everyone, so that was great! (benches around the table). There are a lot of steps, if mobility is an issue. The grill is on the lowest level and the kitchen is upstairs requiring you to go in and out the front door or through the downstairs master. There are plenty of stores/restaurants nearby. Other than the helicopters flying over it's very peaceful.
