The Crescent Condominiums in Miramar Beach offer a luxurious, gated beachfront escape along Scenic Gulf Drive. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Nice Condo good location and easy access to beach and pools. Quite and family friendly. If you are larger group there weren’t enough bath towels, so we had to wash towels daily Some kitchen utensils were aging but usable. The was not much in starter items that I normally see in rental condo’s. Example. No coffee filters, no salt or pepper, most of the dishes were chipped but that happens. AllSmall issues and we had a super great time.

It was the perfect stay! My only request is there would be another way to lock the main door. My toddler was able to open it bc the lock unlocked when you twist the handle. We had to barricade the door so she wouldn’t escape haha! But the grounds were beautiful, clean, the staff were very kind. We had a perfect stay!!! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Anytime we had an issue, our answer was received in less than 30 minutes. The wow factor for us was when we arrived the lighting was on and had soft music playing. Nice touch! We will be back.

Condo fit us perfect! The pool is cleaned daily. This place was peaceful & the views are amazing. We never waited on the elevator. We stayed on the first floor and used the elevator to go the lobby where you will enter the pool. Wrist bracelets are needed to enter the gym and pool which made it feel secure. We got chairs and an umbrella with this unit. Nice for our mother who needed less sun. The beach was private. Anytime we reached out for a question, our answer was received in less than 45 minutes.

Great location and just steps to the beach! This was our third time in Destin in the same condo but different unit, and it was the least clean of the 3. Shower frame was dirty and the mop in the unit was old. Garbage disposal smelled bad and some of the dishes felt unclean. Hallway wall was also scuffed and dirty.

Great experience!!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect for our group, it was clean and stocked with items that made it convenient for us. All the amenities on the property were very nice. We loved the area and will definitely be back!My only complaint is the wristbands. They fall off your wrist very easily and are easy to loose. It’s a very minor critique, and certainly didn’t ruin our wonderful experience.

Crescent 109

Due to the hurricanes, we were not able visit our normal vacation spot in St Pete Beach. We were able to secure a condo at the Crescent very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future.

Lovely spot

Nice set up with two bedrooms including a very nice master bedroom, and two couches with pull out beds. Perfect size for me and my three kids. Well appointed kitchen and laundry. Large balcony overlooking the pool and ocean views. Would definitely go back.
