Hi my name is Yvette I’m from Louisiana I rented from Real Joy in July. Devin helped me she was so helpful. I definitely would rent from Real Joy again. The house in Destin was absolutely beautiful, clean and very big. There was a bathroom in every bedroom I loved it. You should definitely contact them for a home you won’t regret it. Make sure to ask for Devin if you have any questions. She’s the best and she will go over and beyond to make you a happy customer. Real Joy Devin is definitely an asset to your company. The house was in a good location and everything was exactly as described and the photos matched. It was nice to see a fully stocked kitchen and there was a ton of pool and beach equipment which was an added plus. If I had to give any feedback I would say change the batteries in the remote (especially the living room) and keep mosquito spray outside on the patio outside of that we would definitely stay again!

Great stay!
The 6 bikes really helped and turned the 20 minute walk to the beach into an easy trip since parking at the beach public access is difficult.
The house was extremely clean and the host is very responsive.
Great for a large group of friends as all of the bathrooms / rooms are equally nice!

We are 14 guests and have enough beds for everyone. The place is spacious, close to beach, restaurants, stores. There are bikes that you can use to go around. Although we did not use it, there is available grill.

We were a group of 8, and there was plenty of space to spare. I loved how everyone's bathroom was connected to each bedroom. The house was close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and drove it everywhere we went! You wouldn't want to walk it all to the beach if you have a lot of stuff. The house is close to all the restaurants and stores. The bikes benefitted our teens who wanted to venture out on their own.

Great spacious home that accommodated our family of 17. It was great to have a bathroom
in each room. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. My suggestion is to have enough seating in the kitchen/dining area and enough essentials to at least cover a day like coffee/ filters. Beach was quite a hike and car was definitely needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location and privacy fence gave us a secure private feel. The place was spotless upon arrival and met all of our expectations and personal needs. Having a bathroom in all rooms was very convenient and again allowed for ensured privacy. The kitchen was equipped with the necessary tools for our family to be able to enjoy the a home cooked breakfast and dinner each night. Location was central as well. I will be returning next summer.

The backyard was amazing and big. The outdoor table needs chairs. The den area is small for a house that sleeps so many folks but we didn't mind because we could open the sliding doors to the backyard and spill out to the patio. Plenty of parking and the beach chairs were a nice surprise.

Cozy Shores was very nice and well equipped, lots of space! The bunk room was really nice with queen beds in all 6 beds. I would suggest adding some type of dresser for storage of clothes in This room. Also the first floor bedroom could use some type of dresser for clothes.

Cozy Shore was a great place to stay and accommodated my family perfectly. Had a small mishap with an outdoor bench falling apart when my grandson sat on it but he wasn't hurt. I reported and got a quick response and an offer for them to bring a replacement. Other than that I would definitely stay again. Can't wait to come back

This house offered plenty of space for our family. The full kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, nice rooms with comfortable beds, space for the kids to run out back safely. The cleanliness was A+ and there were bikes available to ride a short distance to the beach.

The house was just as described! We ran into a little lockout issue (our fault) and the folks at Real Joy made the process of getting back into the house very smooth and the communication was great! There were 11 of us with more than enough room. I would definitely recommend this property!

We rented the house for an extended family vacation, it was great, large enough for everyone to be together, and also ample room if you needed quiet time alone. Loved the neighborhood, nice and quiet off the main strip. Loved using the bikes to cruise around in and avoid the traffic. The house was great, only negative commit is regarding the beach…it was SUPER congested but still beautiful. I forgot how nice the gulf side is, will for sure be back!

The house was just as the pictures showed. It was clean & loved the decor. The bunk bed room was great for kids. This house will sleep a lot of people. The couches in the living room fold out to beds. However, there is a good walk to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay at cozy shore! The house is very new and beautiful and has all the accommodations! 10 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride. The property management was very accommodating as well. If we needed. anything all we had to do was call and they sent someone out immediately.The only negative thing i have to say is the house could use a deep cleaning. especially the floors. but overall I would definitely stay here again!
