Costa Vista Townhomes in Miramar Beach, FL, offer a charming and convenient coastal retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. These multi-level townhomes feature private balconies with Gulf views, spacious living areas, and well-equipped kitchens, making them perfect for vacationers seeking comfort and relaxation. The community also includes amenities such as a swimming pool and covered parking. You’re just minutes from Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Family Fun Center offering go-karts, mini-golf, and bumper boats, electric car and motorcycle rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, boat and jet ski rentals, fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and the nation's #1 designer outlet mall at Silver Sands of Sandestin, just under 3 miles away!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We loved the location being so close to a beautiful beach. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The accommodations were comfy and inviting. Everything was just as shown in the photos. There were just a couple of cleaning issues with crumbs left here and there, but nothing major. There are a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We enjoyed several meals there in the unit and found the kitchen to have most everything we needed. We enjoyed some family games around the table. We did find the electronic keypad entry to be a bit tricky at first, but got the hang of it quickly and had no troubles. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely come and stay again. Thank you!!

The host maintained excellent communication with us even before our check-in. We requested an earlier check-in, and they accommodated us by having their cleaning crew ready, allowing us to settle in ahead of time. The beach and a restaurant are conveniently located right across the street, with other attractions just a 5-10 minute drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Location location location. The unit is located on the end so it’s pretty much the closest you can get to the beach. Easy walk to Pompano Joe’s. I love sitting out on the deck and looking out the water. The pool isn’t anything special, but it was very clean and that’s what we look for. Having a carport was really nice because it kept the sun from beating down and making our car ridiculously hot. A little warn in some areas, but very clean. Having 2 full baths and 1 1/2 bath was perfect for 4 people. It would’ve been great to have a table and some chairs out on the deck, which I saw on most decks. There were two Adirondack chairs on each deck and a tiny table. The master bath tub could definitely need redoing around the drain. It is very badly marked up and needs a resurfacing. But again everything was clean. Plenty of hangers. All appliances were in excellent working condition and newer. I would definitely stay there again

Location location location

Great location, right across the street from Public access to the beach. Walkable distance to Pompano Joe’s, which by the way is delicious. Property slightly worn, the clean and had a great space. The master bathtub could definitely use a touchup.I would’ve loved to have had a table out on the deck, but the chairs were comfy. Warning if you go out early in the morning and it’s a hot day those chairs might be very hot. The beds definitely hard, but I still slept great. Having the carport is great to be able to keep your car cool.Wi-Fi worked great TVs were wonderful. We logged into our apps that we wanted to use.I would definitely not hesitate to stay in the same property. It is also nice being that it is an end unit. You don’t have neighbors on both sides, even though we never heard the people next-door.The pool is very basic, but clean and great to crew off in.The dumpster for the garbage took us a while to find, it is down at the end of the building, heading away from the beach hidden kinda to the side of the building not an easy find.

Wish we could have stayed longer

We had an amazing trip! This was our first trip to miramar and this was a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again. The property was conveniently located, had plenty of room, and even had a little bit of a view from the balcony. We wish we could have had a couple more nights we had such a good time. Only room for improvement i would say would be better shades because the rooms get HOT from big windows. And the bed was a little too firm. (Really not a big deal maybe you prefer it that way). But even with that we would definitely come back and recommend this property. Oh and super responsive team for any questions or concerns.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We felt extremely safe, beds were comfy, loved being able to walk to the cute little coffee shop down the road in the AM alongside the beach, everything we needed was close by.. Whole Foods is our favorite grocery store & it was a quick few minutes away! Only minor issue we had was there was a foul scent to the garbage disposal when we first arrived but it seemed to get better the more we used the sink. We also had to go purchase our own coffee filters & salt and pepper because we did cook a few times.
I was unaware that dogs aren’t allowed in the nearby beaches so we had to drive about 45 minutes away to Pensacola so keep that in mind if you have fur babies!

Convenient Costa Vista

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We had a group of 8 people, and the condo provided plenty of space for all of us to stay comfortably. The layout is spacious, and the rooms were well-maintained and clean, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and convenience.One of the best aspects of this property is its location. Just a short walk to the beach, we had easy access to the beautiful sand and water. It was ideal for our group since we could spend the day at the beach and quickly head back to the condo for a break.We had everything we needed and we enjoyed time at the pool.Overall, Costa Vista #9 is a fantastic place to stay for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in Miramar Beach. We had a great stay at this townhome. It was clean and everything as advertised. Quick response when we reached out with a question. Very short walk to the beach which was a huge plus. Winn-Dixie grocery store less than a 10 minute drive if you need groceries or supplies. Plenty of restaurants close by.
Because we were close to the beach it was easy to head out for a bit in the morning, come back in the middle of the day to relax and avoid the most intense sun, and walk back to the beach for the afternoon.
It was a fun area to spend a few days, beautiful beaches and we also visited Grayton Beach state Park with some nice trails and different scenery- sand dunes and green forested areas.
The upstairs bedrooms got pretty warm during the day but cooled off at night (we visited in March). No issues with any of the amenities. The community also has a small pool just across the lane from the front door.
We would come back again!
