Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a bright and open floor plan, perfect for families or groups looking to relax and unwind. Inside, you’ll find three thoughtfully furnished bedrooms, a comfortable living area, a formal dining room, a cozy breakfast nook, and a full laundry room for added convenience. The home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably, with a king bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the first guest room, a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second, a full-size sleeper sofa, and a twin-size sleeper chair.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, plenty of poolside seating, and shaded areas for lounging. Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet afternoon in the shade, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick bite to a full gourmet meal. We have 4 beach chairs and a cooler for you to use. Paradise Retreat is a quiet, gated community of 120 homes within the beautiful Miramar Beach area. This community grants access to 320 feet of private, deeded beach with private access. Paradise Retreat is located only a short distance from several beachfront restaurants and only a few miles from Destin Commons and Silver Sands. Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants.

All the excitement of Destin is just minutes away: a choice of water sports, golf, amusement parks, and outlet shopping.  One glimpse of Destin beaches and you're hooked. It must be the wide, white beaches and the famous emerald waters. Not to mention the fabulous fishing, the world's most beautiful beaches, addictive seafood, and the full array of activities for kids of all ages, and more fun to be found in Destin.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
