very nice. the condo is small. but still very efficient and great for the wife and I. there are two full bathrooms, which worked out perfectly for us. the balcony is LARGE with beautiful views. the only thing I didn't like was the mattress. it's a king size bed which is great, but the mattress was VERY firm. a little too firm for me. but that's personal preference. all in all, I would stay again. it's a nice clean condo with top notch views and everything you need inside for your stay.

Beautiful condo, great location. We like to stay a little bit away from some of the PCB craziness. This place is perfect. Close to everything you want to do, but far enough from big crowds if you want to relax.

The view was BEAUTIFUL and so easy to get on the beach. Only “problem” we had was the unit is just 1302 and not 1302B (there is no B). We can’t wait to come back!

We loved this place. Absolutely perfect for me and my boyfriend. The best view of the ocean from the top floor w/ a huge balcony w/ access from the bedroom and the living area. The bathrooms (and the rest of the place) were super clean, none of that weird uncleanable dirt in the grout like a lot of places have. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need (if you like to cook make sure to bring your basic spices). The only complaints were that the thermostat is programmed somehow to change to 74 when you leave somehow so it's a little warmer than we liked when we'd get back from places but not too bad. We also could not get the living room TV to connect to the DirectTV box. This condo was so amazing and close to everything. Beautiful beach, awesome food and fun atmosphere as always from PCP. We will definitely be back.

Everything was exactly as is in the photos. This area is our favorite location because it's a bit away from the hustle, bustle and loudness closer down to pier park. The couch was one of the only issues we really noticed. Although still functional, it just was very used and had some stains on it. Don't let that stop you from staying here though because we loved our stay and will continue to look for places at the Commodore! Thanks for a great stay and fun week.

Beautiful and well maintained condo with an outstanding view. Everything was spot on! the only thing(s) I would suggest are:
A clear description of exactly where the condo is located as 1302 B is quite confusing since non of the units are marked with an "A" or "B".
Additionally - the 10:00AM check out time is quite obscene; especially since you cannot check in until after 4PM. Given these times, our 3 nights reservation barely worked out to be 2.5 days.
Overall, a great stay.

The Commodore is a dated building, but this unit is completely remodeled with tasteful decor and nice finishes. The layout and furniture were perfect for the space. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Very close to St Andrews State Park. We would definitely stay here again in PCB.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach-side condo. The location is perfect. Close to good restaurants, on the beach, close to a state park and the shell island ferry. The view from this place is serene. We woke up to sounds of the waves, explored the near by beaches and ended each day watching the sunset from the balcony. The apartment is clean and spacious. We really appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen almost had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit PCB.

Beautiful clean condo with a beach vibe. You can watch the sunrise from the kitchen window, and the sunset from the large balcony. Amazing views.
Fully stocked kitchen and two full bathrooms. Very comfy bed. Large HDMI tv.
Beach chairs and umbrella provided on the quieter end of the beach - nice feature.
If we decide to return to Panama City Beach - we will definitely stay here again.

Look no further! This place is amazing. I love to stay places that are clean, freshly decorated, and spacious. This place checked all the boxes! We loved having daily beach service too.
