Comfort and Joy is a spacious 4BR/3.5BA home in the Seacrest Beach community, just off Scenic Hwy 30A. Situated steps from beach access and walking distance to Rosemary Beach, this stunning home offers a bright, open floor plan with gorgeous hardwood flooring and granite counters in the gourmet kitchen! With 2 King Beds, a Guest Room with Queen Bed, twin bunk room, and twin bunk nook, this lovely beach home sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Chill on one of the balconies or the downstairs porch swing, take a dip in the huge community pool, or ride your bike to the beautiful beaches!  Enjoy lasting memories by making Comfort and Joy your next beach vacation tradition!

*Parking passes will be provided equal to the number of bedrooms in the home. Not all parking spots are located directly by the home. Additional passes may be purchased for $50 each. Wristbands are required for use of the Seacrest Beach amenities and are limited to the maximum occupancy of the home.*

Seacrest Beach Community is perfectly nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach on Hwy 30A. This luxury development offers an array of amenities including deeded beach access just across the street, a huge 12,000sqft community lagoon pool, an amphitheater, seasonal tram service to the beach or pool, and 1.35 miles of walking trails! The convenient location is within walking distance to world class dining, spas, wine bars, and many wonderful locally owned shops! Area Attractions:

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops.  Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys.  Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

My family & I really enjoyed staying here. We loved that it was a short walk to the community pool & restaurants. There's also a tram, but we only used it once.
The only downside was that the 2nd story balcony was under construction during our stay so we were unable to use it. The 3rd floor balcony was nice though!
We would consider staying there again.

Holiday Away

Enjoyed our family stay. So much room in this home. Kitchen fully equipped, TV for sports watching not to mention the bikes. So much to do n see in this area. We did have a hard time getting into rental but called n received help. Finding the pool office to get wrist band was kind of Hiden! . We will be back.

Loved staying here. Everything was easily accessible after navigating our surroundings upon arrival. Great beach home

Great stay overall. The home is well set up, very close to a great pool and the beach. We all had a great time, with plenty of space. We would definitely stay again. Would note that like other reviews, the first floor is dark. Not a problem for us but could be for others. And very limited essentials provided (bring your own salt and pepper).

Very nice property and very clean! Very well furnished and fit our family of 11 perfectly! Large dinning table on the balcony was great for pizza night! The top balcony was perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning and wine and sunset in the evening. Out of all the properties we have stayed at in Seacrest, this was the nicest!
