Welcome to Coastal Vista, a rare and peaceful lakefront retreat located along the shores of Camp Creek Lake in Seacrest. This unique property combines two separate homes (Bella Vista may be rented together with Coastal Chateau) making one incredible 30A getaway, Coastal Vista! One of the property's biggest highlights is its private dock, where you can fish, relax, or launch one of the provided kayaks, paddle boards, or pedal boats. Coastal Vista offers plenty of outdoor living space, including spacious decks overlooking the lake, balconies, a fire pit, and outdoor shower. The property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with a variety of sleeping arrangements, including King, Queen, and Twin beds and additional trundle sleeping spaces ideal for children or extra guests. Whether you're planning a family reunion, group getaway, or special celebration, Coastal Vista offers something truly special- the ability to experience the beach and the lake while giving everyone room to reconnect, relax, and make lasting memories.

Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
