Our stay was great! There are just a couple things we recommend. We think it would be extremely helpful to have a set of beach towels available to use! Most of our group flew to Florida, and we did not pack a beach towel in our bags, so having a set of spare towels would be so helpful. Also, leaving some extra toilet paper/paper towels/dishwasher pods in the house would be helpful too!

This property has it all! Tucked back into the neighborhood on a dead end street, quite, the home faced the sun which was great for sunning on the upstairs balcony. Walked to beach everyday, only a half mile! My only complaint was the clothes dryer did not dry very well. We will definitely be coming back to this property! My family loved it and didn't want to leave. Plenty of room and privacy for our group of 7.

This was a great home to stay at. We had some issues with the a/c unit around 1am and I got a response from them that late at night. They even brought my family some fans at that time. The problem was fix with that same day which was great. Other than the a/c unit issue my family and I had no other issues and enjoyed our stay.
I recommend this home to anyone!

Amazing spacious place with comfy beds and lots of towels! I especially enjoyed having a kitchen near the common space and could talk to my guests while i prepared meals. My family of 8 enjoyed having a beautiful vacation like pool to cool off in every evening. The young adults with us especially loved the balcony! This home is located near local public beaches within walking distance. It's a home we will be back to for many years!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was concerned about staying in a condo with our 4 year old, 2 year old and my in-laws and feeling cramped. Thankfully this property provided us plenty of room to space out. The house was clean and cool once we arrived. When we had questions, the team responded to our texts in a matter of minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. It is about a 10 min walk to the beach and has a pool a block away which was convenient. A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent is provided but our stay was long enough that we needed to purchase extra. Overall it was a big enough space for my group of 8 to enjoy.

Wehad a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described - clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the private balcony. Property and neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Lots of families with an amazing community pool area to enjoy when not at the beach. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach that was absolutely beautiful! Close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and clean. Neighborhood was nice also, walking distance to pool and beach. If I had any complaint it would be that there is not enough overflow parking, and one of the remotes was missing from the living room, so we had to purchase one, and replace some batteries in the others. Overall had a wonderful time and would rent again.

Our family booked a very last minute vacation. The booking and arrival process was very easy. The home itself was very clean and decorated very cute definitely gives you beach house vacation vibes. We had our children and grandchildren of various ages from infant to teen, the home accommodated all perfectly! The beach is a short distance from the house, if you do not wish to walk or drive a trolly can be accessed very easily. The pool was also easily accessible and was perfect for the toddlers as well as the teens! Overall we were very pleased and had a wonderful stay!

Very nice place. Clean and really close (2-3 min walk) to the community pool. About a 15-20 min walk to the beach or you can use the free beach service shuttle.

We absolutely love the house our stay was very awesome. Anything you will need is there with plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is closer then we though and we very happy about that. We walk there everyday. The pool is a great way to relax other then the beach. The community is very quiet which is a plus especially being that we was on a deadend and we were able to let the kids play as long as they wanted without worrying about traffic. I will be renting this house again.

10 members of my family fit comfortably in this cute home. We enjoyed seeing some family photos of the owners on the walls! The only complaint we had was the comfort level of the master bed and the stiffness of the pillows. The bed rolled each of us to the center. So, if the bed were replaced and we had the option of a softer pillow, this would be a top pick!

The house was as expected per description and pictures on Airbnb. It was clean and stocked with necessities. The driveway only holds 2 vehicles, but there are two overflow parking lots that are a short walk from the house for other vehicles! The pool is great for all ages!! Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this to others!!!

We had so much fun on our trip to Destin. This property was perfect for our group of 12! The pool and hot tub were incredible! Watch out for Patty at the pool, she super strict on rules. Everyone else at the pool was awesome and the kids had SO much fun! Would highly recommend this rental and will probably rent again!

A nice place for a weekend get away. I would stick to two or three cars if possible. The pool was clean, staff during the day at the pool and security present at night. Trolley to the beach available.

We had an air conditioning issue called the 800 number and someone was there within 30 minutes with a temporary unit til the a/c person could make it out. The air conditioner was completely repaired in a couple of hours! Pool is beautiful and spacious.
