The second unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The dock is shared when the units are rented separately. Coastal Chateau may be rented together with Bella Vista, subject to availability. Smart home technology is used to help ensure policy compliance and may include remotely monitored thermostats, door locks, a decibel meter, and video surveillance, including the front door.

This charming home offers the perfect setting for families and friends to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything the coast has to offer. Relax on the large deck overlooking the lake and gather around the fire pit. Spend the day fishing from the dock, paddling across the lake, biking along 30A, or enjoying a day on the Gulf. Inside, Coastal Chateau features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to eight guests. The open and welcoming living spaces provide plenty of room to gather after a day in the sun, while large windows and the balcony bring the peaceful lake views indoors. Rosemary Beach is only minutes away, with shops and restaurants, including the Old World-style town center w/coffee shop, bike and surf rentals, and unique shops. Check out the open-air markets on the weekends. 

Enjoy the beautiful sugar-white sand beaches that made 30A world famous. Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
