Coastal Blue is a fully remodeled 2BR/2.5BA beach home in Bungalows at Seagrove, just off Hwy 30A. You'll immediately be blown away by the gorgeous NEW floors, all NEW furniture, and wall to wall NEW decor! Situated only 350 yards from beach access and minutes from Seaside, enjoy this bright, open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and stunning tile counter tops! There's plenty of seating for everyone at the dining table and breakfast bar. Both bedrooms are upstairs and feature Queen beds. With a sleeper sofa in the living room, this pool front bungalow sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Bungalows at Seagrove is a planned bungalow community of 56 individual 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath homes in Seagrove Beach, less than 2 miles east of Seaside, on Highway 30-A. It is walking distance to bike, golf cart, kayak rentals and stores to purchase beach essentials. If you forgot or need something it is a 4 minute walk to Tom Thumb Convenience Store. You can also walk to Goatfeathers Seafood Market for their fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, smoked tuna dip and more. This well appointed planned community is within walking distance of the beach and includes 2 pools, a hot tub, masterfully landscaped grounds with an adjoining lake, abundant parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous wooden walk bridges.

Coastal Blue is centrally located on 30A with only a short bike ride to the excellent shopping and dining options of Seaside! If you prefer a leisurely stroll, then Café 30A is only minutes away and constantly ranked as one of the best restaurants on 30A. Angelina's is also within walking distance for pasta or pizza. Walk to Dough Sea Dough Donuts for morning donuts or breakfast sandwiches. The Big Chill at Prominence, around 3 miles east, is great place to take kids, watch an outdoor movie, listen to music or eat at one of the half a dozen unique eateries.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We love staying in these bungalows! Perfect location. Perfect for little kids as the pool is right outside the unit. Realjoy was great to work with! We were made aware from some neighbors that the pool was being closed down for a few weeks for repairs but luckily the date was pushed back so we missed that.

I’ve visited 30A probably a dozen times and have stayed in this particular neighborhood of homes referred to as the bungalows. The location is extremely convenient as is a 5 minute walk to a public access beach and within biking distance to several shopping and restaurant areas. The pool and the hot tub are kept clean and there are plenty of lounge chairs on the deck.
This home in particular served our needs well, my only wish is that there had been basic salt and pepper. In the scheme of things this is ridiculously minor. Just add it to your shopping list. The area is quiet and the beds were comfortable. I believe this is a good value for the stay.

This place was a paradise. 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Pool and spa right out the front door. Neighbors were kind and quiet during quiet hours. The AC broke one day while we were there, RealJoy had a maintenance man out within two hours and fixed it right then and there. We will be back. We loved it!!

The home was perfect for our needs with nice updates and supplies and the location was perfectly situated for access to the beach and some of the best 30a attractions. Pool is perfect for families. Conveniently located Publix for getting supplies. We did have concerns about the public beach situation in the county and RealJoy sent links to resources to determine best beach access for public beaches. The bungalow was located near two nicely sized public beach locations (one with vendors available) for anyone wondering about access issues. Helpful host. Would stay here or with RealJoy again.

I really enjoyed the stay! The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful, we also felt very safe. Realjoy was extremely helpful and we got there early and was able to check in early do to cleaners finishing early. It is 5 minutes from the main seaside area and around a lot of local restaurants as we loved doing early morning walks. I would definitely visit again.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Coastal Blue 141! It’s extremely family friendly. The location is absolutely amazing. We rented a golf cart and drove down the street to seaside multiple times. My son prefers the pool over the beach so staying here was a win! The pools were a little warm, but the size and location made up for that. The beds are really comfortable and the size is perfect for our family of 3. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool was literally at the front door and the beach was a short walk away. Location was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and made daily cooking easy. The bathrooms were so nice. We loved having 2 full baths and the half downstairs. The location of this place is hard to beat. Close proximity to the beach (5-10 min walk) and a few minutes drive to Seaside and other 30A communities. Also a quick drive to Publix nearby. Pool was too cold to use, but I would imagine it’s super convenient when warmer to be so close to the pool. Home was clean and nicely decorated. The bungalow community is near with all the different color homes. Hosts were quick to respond with questions. Shower pressure was strong, but that’s how we like it. Tom Thumb at end of road has all the essentials you’d need. Would stay here again!

The place was great. Everything was in order. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but the hot tub was fabulous. It was a short walk to the beach(about 5-10 minutes) and there is a small convenience store to stock up on supplies before the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (pizza, ice cream) and a short drive or bike ride to the rest. There is a grocery store about 10 minute drive to get supplies for the stay. Make sure to stock on laundry detergent since there is a washer and dryer but they were not supplied. They also have some kitchen necessities (pots, pans, utensils) and provide a little soap. If your stay is for an extended period of time you should get extra soap and sponges as they were not provided. Fantastic location and we had a great time in the couple days we were there.

This is PRIME LOCATION!! We ordered pizza at Angelina’s one night after taking pictures on the beach, walked there to pick up and back to the beach. Tom Thumb and Angelina’s are walking distance, house is VERY well furnished and clean! We loved everything about it! There’s a baby crib and gate and a wagon full of toys for the beach that I didn’t see listed but were nice bonuses!!

Cute and beach perfect!

Loved the little bungalow we had. As stated it was right outside the swimming pool. It was a cute little community and would definitely stay here again. Would be perfect for groups traveling to get a couple of these by each other. Walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. Please note, once you walk across the street to the public access and go down the stairs, you have to walk a little bit down the beach to the public part. But my 3 and 6 year old did it just fine.

Great stay for a vacation with friends. The space comfortably fit the four of us. Space description and decor was just as listed, clean, and closer to the beach than expected! The pool is right outside the condo's front door, but noise was not an issue. A very family-friendly location, but also good for us as young adults.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this place while visiting the emerald coast. The house is nicely furnished and the bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable, it's like sleeping on a cloud. The kitchen is well stocked but you'll need to bring stapples like salt, pepper, sugar, oil... The pool is great but tend to be busy with lots of kids, sometimes early in the morning. It's near everything, the beach is 5-10 minutes walk and there is a grocery store about 5 minutes drive. Overall a great stay, would rent again.

This place was perfect for 3 adults. The condo feels beachy and good for relaxing even though the pool was right in front. Kids were not too noisy when we were there during Easter break. All towels, bedding, soaps (mini size) were provided. Very clean inside.
If you like cooking one meal a day (we do) then be prepared to buy all including salt and pepper, spices, sugar, etc. All pots and dishes were enough. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. The area is safe and pretty to walk down just two easy blocks to the beach. I would recommend staying here!

This is the second time I have stayed at a ReakJoy property and I will stay with them again! The house was SPOTLESS, it's a great value, and the location was perfect. My only complaint is that the house is a bit hard to find. Additional directions would have been very helpful. The house is not visible from the neighborhood's parking lot. It is through two gates and right off of the pool.

This condo was super cute and comfortable. It has an upstairs with two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms and a sofa bed and half bath downstairs. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but clean. Washer and dryer was nice to have. The beds were comfortable. I loved the way it was decorated. It had a modern beach vibe. The pool was closed while we were there but it’s a short 5 min walk to the beach so that didn’t bother us. We’d rather be on the beach anyways and the beach there was perfect. There is also a gas station just right there and some yummy restaurants and food trucks within a 10 minute drive. It really was a great location, away from all the hustle and bustle, and we’d absolutely stay here again.
