Welcome to Claire N' Bea by the Sea! Custom-designed by an award-winning architect, this stunning new beach cottage is perfectly situated along scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, Florida, close to the breathtaking turquoise waters and sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Ideal for relaxation and fun with family and friends, this inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

On the first floor, you’ll find the master suite with a king bed, private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, and a serene screened-in porch overlooking a nature reserve. The second floor includes another king bedroom and a guest room with two sets of bunk beds, plus a full bathroom with a bathtub and an additional sink alcove for convenience. A cozy loft area overlooks the spacious two-story living room, creating the perfect space for quiet reflection, reading, or a refreshing afternoon nap.

Outside, unwind in a comfortable rocking chair on the front porch and take in the tranquil surroundings.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of homes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. Cassine Gardens is also within walking distance to most of Seagrove's restaurants, and a short bike ride to Seaside and all that Scenic 30-A has to offer.

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, and tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. Greenway Station features known retailers Wild Olives Tapas and Wine Bar, Pecan Jack's Ice Cream, Coast Hippie, and YOLO Board + Bike, plus introduces Local Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Souper Jenny Coffee Roasters, Canopy Road Café, and more.

Seaside is a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. It's incredible architecture has helped to make it famous but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Really enjoyed our stay at Claire and Bea By the Sea!!

It met all my expectation, we had a few glitches like a bike seat broken and ate outages or off grid which was immediately addressed , amazing communication. The ownly con which relly isn’t a boogie , If you are a older adult, the bunk beds are not for you they are on platform and noboxsprings extremly hard and uncomfortable, use for the young or teeny boppers. The walk to beach was as stated, just a few minutes. The beach gorgeous a few jelly fish stings( use meat tenderizer) it works, learned from a life guard. The location is great, a lot of traffic with a 2 lane rode and golf carts using them. But Santa Rosa not as congested as say Sea Side where you can pay $120/ pp to go to the beach, ludicrous. They went to court and won! Quit price so they own the beach, NOT, know one owns the beach! Are location had a short stroll to access beach, a little crowded but nothing too crowded, able to put up large canopy ( a must) like the people around us. The house perfect otter the former mentioned, I would definitely recommend it and will definitely return check in and out no issues Go stay !I was there July 15th to the 21 2024. Verified review.

By the Sea is a nice vacation rental and is great for small families. My grandchildren and I had plenty of room and several comfortable sleeping options. The kids LOVED the bunk room. I loved the King room and onsuite. The front porch swing is a nice touch. The bikes were a little unyielding and none were available to accommodate the skill variable of the rider. Also the kids could not get the downstair television to work. However the stay was amazing and it was great having a home base. The safety and warm welcoming atmosphere of the neighborhood was a delight. we would most certainly stay again.

Wonderful getaway

This property was perfectly located a very short walk to the beach and had everything you could need for all of the amenities that were offered with the property rental. From pickleball and tennis equipment to beach toys or bikes…they thought of everything to make this stay easy and fun!

Start of a family tradition

This is our 2nd time staying at the Claire 'n Bea. It was once again a lovely vacation. We did miss the personal touch from when the property owner managed the rental, but RealJoy did a fine job. This property has all you need for your beach stay. A short walk to the sandy beach, a bike ride to a restaurant and plenty of shops all close by. The house was clean abd the beds were comfortable. We love this place and will stay again.

Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. We loved the proximity to the beach and the various bike trails nearby. We brought our own bikes but they had four really nice looking bicycles to use if bringing your own isn't an option. Eden Gardens State Park is a short drive away and offers scenic views of the bay, historic home tour and beautiful live oaks.
Great vacation rental with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space for the whole family to relax. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch swing in the mornings. Overall, a great experience. We would love to rent here again!
