Getaway to Ciboney 4009! This spacious 3BR/2BA fourth-floor condo is located only a few hundred feet from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach! With a king in the Master, a queen in the guest bedroom, a twin bunk guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this lovely condo sleeps 8! Enjoy the new floors throughout this beautiful condo. Relax by the pool or walk to the beaches of Miramar Beach with miles of shoreline as your playground. Pompano Joe's beachside restaurant is just across the street for lunch and dinner. The Silver Sands outlet mall is just a few miles away for an abundance of great shopping; it is the nation's largest designer outlet. You will never forget your stay at Ciboney 4009!

Ciboney Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Its amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, an outside rinsing facility, and a grilling area. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well.

Area Attractions:

Ciboney is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s largest designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name-brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, and a park with pop-up fountains at its center.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

The location was great! The private beach is right across the street. The unit was clean and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook except a baking sheet but we made due. You will need to supply any and all items like salt, spices, coffee filters, etc but we had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Stores are close but not walkable. There are some restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The best part was the beach!! It wasnt crowded and it was very close! The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus. The balcony is nice and big. There was a pool but we didn’t use it. There is a shower outside so you can rinse off after the beach. Overall it was a great place, great location. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the our stay. The apartment met our needs. We fixed all meals in the kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed the closeness to the beach access, private beach for the apartments, the pickleball courts, pool, and place to shower off our feet before going to our apartment. We enjoyed out stay. We did have an issue with the master bathroom toilet but luckily my spouse is a plumber so he was able to get us by. Hopefully, it will be fixed before the next renters as we did let RealJoy know about he issue and the part that needed replaced. RealJoy was nice with their response and overall was nice to work with.

Spring Break

Had a nice time at this place prior to Spring Break. Quick getaway with family and this fit us. The bunk room was very small but luckily only had 1 young adult that needed to be in that room. Mattresses are a little hard for adults in the bunk room or fold out couch so would suggest taking an air mattress if you have adults sleeping in those areas.

My boyfriend and I were going to stay in a different location in Destin, but on our drive down, Devin from RealJoy called us before we arrived to let us know that there was construction going on at the unit. She made sure to contact us as soon as she found out about this, and wanted to relocate us to a safer and more comfortable location so that we could get the most out of our time there. We didn’t have to pay any extra fees and I honestly think that Ciboney was a better location than the one we originally booked! This made me feel like the people working at RealJoy genuinely care about the people who book with them. This was the perfect distance from the beach, an amazing coffee shop (Bad Ass Coffee ) a 2 minute drive away and Pompano Joes, which was about a 5 minute walk! We loved that it was pet friendly and everyone was so welcoming to our fur babies. There is not much to do with doggies in this area (☹️) so keep that in mind if you want to involve your pets more on your vacation!
